अखिल भारतीय क्रांतिकारी आदिवासी महासभा ने पूर्व घोषित कार्यक्रम के अनुसार घाघरा अंचल के सलगी लाशटांड़ गांव की जमीन के सवाल पर पुलिसिया उत्पीड़न के खिलाफ आज कचहरी परिसर में एक दिवसीय धरना दिया। धरना के उपरांत मुख्य मंत्री, मुख्य सचिव, आयुक्त दक्षिणी छोटानागपुर तथा पुलिस महानिदेशक को संबोधित चार सूत्री मांग पत्र उपायुक्त को सौंपा। मांग पत्र में मांग की गई है कि ग्रामीणों के ऊपर पुलिसिया उत्पीड़न पर रोक लगाने,दोषी पुलिस अधिकारियों पर कार्यवाई की करने, जमीन के दखल कब्जे की जांच कर भूमि जोतक किसानों को मालिकाना हक प्रदान करने तथा साहूकार सुदेश साहु के ऊपर आदिवासी उत्पीड़न की धाराओं के तहत मुकदमा दर्ज कर उसे गिरफ्तार कराने की मांग शामिल है।
आंदोलनरत किसानों ने ज्ञापन में कहा है कि जिस जमीन को साहूकार अपना बताकर प्रशासनिक सहयोग से किसानों को डराने धमकाने का काम करते हैं।दरअसल वह जमीन 2014 में ही बिना ग्राम सभा और ग्रामीणों के बिना सहमति के बिक चुकी है।तब से वन विभाग तथा स्थानीय भूमि जोतक किसानों के बीच बातचीत होती रही है और वन विभाग ने जमीन किसानों के खेती बारी के लिए छोड़ दिया है। उसी का अनावश्यक लाभ साहूकार उठाना चाहते हैं और तरह-तरह के हथकंडे अपनाते रहते हैं।धरना प्रदर्शन के दौरान महासभा के जिलाध्यक्ष सनिया उरांव, अनिल उरांव, विनोद उरांव,सुबोध उरांव, बुधवा उरांव, बसंत गोप,गोविंद गोप,सुरेश प्रसाद यादव, रूपेश गोप,चापा उरांव, बिहारी उरांव, बाबुलाल उरांव, दिलीप उरांव, मंजू देवी, जलेश्वरी देवी, बालगोविंद गोप, बिफैया उरांव सहित सैकड़ों की संख्या में किसान शामिल थे ।
