बलात्कार , जबरन गर्भपात करने और परिजनों को जान मारने की धमकी देने वाले अभियुक्त को 10 वर्ष की सश्रम कारावास, 50 हजार रुपया जुर्माना की सजा सुनाई गई हैं

गुमला – गुमला व्यवहार न्यायालय के एडीजे वन दुर्गेश चन्द्र अवस्थी की अदालत ने बलात्कार के आरोपी घाघरा थाना स्थित तारागुट्टू निवासी दीपक गोप को दोनों पक्षों के वकीलों की दलील, गवाहों के बयान और अदालत में प्रस्तुत साक्ष्यों को देखते हुए अभियुक्त दीपक गोप को अदालत ने दोषी करार देते हुए 10 वर्षों का सश्रम कारावास और ₹50 , 000 हजार रुपया जुर्माना की सजा सुनाई हैं अभियुक्त द्वारा अर्थ दंड नहीं देने पर उक्त अभियुक्त को 2 वर्ष की अतिरिक्त सश्रम कारावास की कठोर सजा भुगतनी होगी।
बताया जाता है कि अभियुक्त दीपक गोप और पीड़ित युवती के बीच पुराना संबंध और पूर्व परिचित होने का नाजायज फायदा उठाते हुए अभियुक्त ने उक्त युवती को शादी का प्रलोभन देकर पीड़ित युवती के साथ लगातार शारीरिक शोषण करता रहा और जब पीड़ित युवती गर्भवती हो गई तो उक्त युवती के इच्छा के विरुद्ध जबरदस्ती गर्भपात करवा दिया, और शादी से साफ इनकार करते हुए उसके परिजनों को जान मारने की धमकी देने लगा , तब मजबूर होकर पीड़िता द्वारा संबंधित थाने में प्राथमिक की दर्ज कराई गई थी, जिसके आधार पर ही अभियुक्त दीपक गोप को उक्त सजा सुनाई गई हैं।
