ग्रामीणों के रोजगार के लिए लड़ेगा राष्ट्रीय मजदूर कांग्रेस इंटक : अब्दुल्ला

खलारी। सीसीएल एनके एरिया में काम करने वाली आउटसोर्सिग कंपनियों में रोजगार के लिए स्थानीय ग्रामीणों की एक बैठक भूतनगर डकरा में हुई। अध्यक्षता सोनू कुमार ने की। बैठक में मजदूर नेता अब्दुल्ला अंसारी विशेष रूप से उपस्थित थे। अब्दुल्ला अंसारी ने कहा कि खलारी में सेंट्रल कोलफील्ड की कोयला खानें हैं। स्थानीय सभी बेरोजगार ग्रामीणों को सीसीएल में नौकरी नहीं मिल सकती है। ऐसे में आउटसोर्सिग कंपनियों में ही रोजगार मिल सकता है। परंतु आउटसोर्सिंग कंपनियां स्थानीय ग्रामीणों को योग्यता रहने के बावजूद नियोजन देने में आनाकानी कर रही है। अब्दुल्ला ने कहा कि उन्हें स्थानीय युवकों को रोजगार देना होगा। जो भी कंपनियां आ रही हैं वह दूसरे राज्यों के मजदूरों को रोजगार दे रही है। यहां के लोगो को भटकना पड़ रहा है।

कहा कि मजदूर व बेरोजगारों के रोजगार के लिए राष्ट्रीय मजदूर कांग्रेस इंटक लड़ाई लड़ेगी। कहा कि झारखंड में भरपूर खनिज संपदा होने के बाद भी युवकों को रोजगार के लिए दूसरे राज्यों में पलायन करना पड़ता है। आउटसोर्सिंग कंपनियों का प्रबंधन मनमानी बंद कर स्थानीय ग्रामीणों को नौकरी दे। चेतावनी दिया कि कंपनियां बात नहीं मानी तो स्थानीय ग्रामीण आंदोलन करने के लिए बाध्य हो जाएंगे। बैठक में वसीम अकरम, मोइनुद्दीन अंसारी, सोनूकुमार वर्मा, मुन्नाकुमार सिंह, एम बृजेश कुमार, सुजीत कुमार, कलाम अंसारी, संजयकुमार वर्मा, गदाधारी राम, मुनेश्वर महतो, बालेश्वर महतो, पूरन महतो, सीताराम महतो, परदेसी उरांव, भरतप्रसाद केसरी, कमरुद्दीन अंसारी, रविकुमार तुरी, कामेष्वर गंझू, प्रेमलाल, जुगेष्वर महतो, वासुदेव पटेल, महेंद्र महतो, मुनेश्वर पटेल, संजीतकुमार महतो, तुलसी गंझू, करणनाथ महतो आदि उपस्थित थे।
