स्‍वीप का प्रमुख लक्ष्‍य लोकसभा चुनाव में नागरिकों को मत देने व जागरूक करने के लिए प्रोत्‍साहित करना है: नमन प्रियेश लकड़ा

गिरिडीह : आगामी लोकसभा चुनाव के मद्देनजर स्वीप कार्यक्रम के तहत सोमवार को जिला निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी नमन प्रियेश लकड़ा ने बार एसोसिएशन के प्रतिनिधियों के साथ बैठक की. स्वीप से जुड़े दायित्वों के संबंध में जानकारी दी गई।  एसोसिएशन के सभी सदस्यों व अन्य कर्मियों को भी मतदाता प्रतिज्ञा शपथ पाठ कराया गया। बतौर मुख्य अतिथि के तौर पर शामिल जिला निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी नमन प्रियेश लकड़ा ने स्वीप एक्टिविटी के तहत किए जा रहे कार्यों की विस्तृत जानकारी दी। साथ ही वर्तमान में “मैं सत्यापित मतदाता हूं” एवं “मैं मतदान हेतु तैयार हूं” के तहत अभियान चलाया जा रहा है. इसमें मतदाता अपने मतदान केन्द्र में जाकर या स्वयं Voter Helpline App के माध्यम से अपना एवं अपने परिवार के अन्य अहर्तायुक्त व्यक्ति का नाम मतदाता सूची में पंजीकृत है, की जांच कर रहें हैं। यदि किसी व्यक्ति या उनके परिवार के अन्य अर्हतायुक्त व्यक्ति का नाम मतदाता सूची में पंजीकृत नही है तो वे अपना नाम मतदाता सूची में पंजीकृत करने के लिए प्रपत्र 6 में आवेदन कर सकते हैं।

डीसी ने इलेक्टोरल रोल में नाम दर्ज होने के महत्व को समझाया

डीसी ने बताया कि मतदाता सूची में किसी प्रकार का संशोधन या वोटर कार्ड बदलने हेतु प्रपत्र 8 में आवेदन कर सकते हैं। इसके अलावा उन्होंने वोटर हेल्पलाइन ऐप के महत्व, c-VIGIL App एवं Fake News की पहचान के लिए वेबसाईट व अन्य माध्यमों की जानकारी दी। जिला निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी ने आगामी लोकसभा निर्वाचन में सभी मतदाताओं की सहभागिता सुनिश्चित हो, इस बाबत #lamVerified Voter सोशल मीडिया कैंपेन में बढ़-चढ़ कर हिस्सा लेने की अपील की। उन्होंने वोटर लिस्ट में नाम जोड़ने, हटाने, अपडेट या अपना नाम अंतिम प्रकाशित मतदाता सूची में देखने के लिए Voter Helpline App या Voter Service Portal से जांच कर संतुष्ट होने की बात कही। उन्होंने इलेक्टोरल रोल में नाम दर्ज होने के महत्व को समझाया। उन्होंने बताया कि मताधिकार का प्रयोग कर हम अपने प्रतिनिधि चुनते हैं. यह एक महत्वपूर्ण अवसर होता है। इस कार्यक्रम का मुख्य उद्देश्य सभी योग्य मतदाताओं को चुनावी प्रक्रिया से जोड़ना है। कोई मतदाता छूटे नहीं, इसके लिए समेकित प्रयास किए जा रहे हैं।

डीसी ने बार एसोसिएशन से भी चुनाव में बढ़-चढ़ कर हिस्सा लेने की अपील की

इस दौरान डीसी ने बार एसोसिएशन के प्रतिनिधियों से भी लोकसभा चुनाव में बढ़ चढ़ कर हिस्सा लेने हेतु प्रोत्साहित किया। उन्होंने कहा कि लोकतंत्र के इस महापर्व में सबकी भागीदारी होनी चाहिए। उन्होंने कहा कि मतदाताओं को जागरूक करने के लिए विभिन्न स्तरों पर गतिविधियां संचालित की जाएंगी। इसके साथ ही ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों के मतदाताओं को जागरूक करने के लिए प्रचार-प्रसार का कार्य भी किया जाय, ताकि अधिकाधिक संख्या में मतदाताओं को जागरूक किया जा सकें। कार्यक्रम में आईएएस प्रशिक्षु दीपेश कुमारी, बार एसोसिएशन के अध्यक्ष, सचिव, उप निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी, जिला समाज कल्याण पदाधिकारी, बार एसोसिएशन के सदस्य/प्रतिनिधि, हेल्प डेस्क मैनेजर समेत सभी संबंधित अधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
