पालकोट के सुदूरवर्ती क्षेत्र में स्थित सारुबेड़ा, बेंगटोटोली ग्राम पहुंचे उपायुक, ग्रामीणों से की मुलाकात

गुमला – आज सोमवार को उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी के क्षेत्र भ्रमण के क्रम में उन्होंने ने पालकोट प्रखंड के सुदूरवर्ती क्षेत्र में स्थित सारुबेड़ा ग्राम, बेंगटीटोली का दौरा किया। ग्राम के ग्रामीणों ने उपायुक्त से उनके गांव में आने के लिए आग्रह किया था। जिसे सुनते हुए उपायुक्त ने अपने क्षेत्र भ्रमण के क्रम में उक्त ग्राम को चुना। बिरहोल एवं खड़िया समुदाय (PVTG समुदाय) के 25 परिवारों वाले कुलूकेरा पंचायत के सारुबेड़ा ग्राम अंतर्गत बेंगटीटोली में उपायुक्त ने ग्रामीणों के साथ बैठक कर उनकी समस्याओं को सुना एवं ग्रामीणों से आवेदन को भी प्राप्त किए।

इस दौरान सभी ग्रामीणों ने मुख्यतः सड़क ,बिजली, पानी, विद्यालय में शिक्षकों की कमी जैसे समस्याओं को उपायुक्त के समक्ष रखा। इस दौरान उपायुक्त ने सभी उपस्थित नागरिकों से उनके आजीविका से संबंधित भी जानकारी ली। जन संवाद कार्यक्रम के दौरान सारुबेड़ा ग्राम अंतर्गत अन्य टोलों से भी नागरिकों की उपस्थिति रहीं एवं सभी ने अपने अपने टोले की समस्या से उपायुक्त को अवगत भी कराया। ग्रामीणों ने ग्राम अंर्तगत खेती के लिए उपर्युक्त जल की सुविधा नहीं होने की भी जानकारी दी।

इस दौरान उपायुक्त ने ग्रामीणों को सरकार के विभिन्न योजनाओं से भी अवगत करवाया। उन्होंने मनरेगा योजना के तहत सभी ग्रामीणों को मिले जॉब कार्ड का उपयोग करने को कहा। उन्होंने कहा कि उक्त योजना के तहत प्रति परिवार को 100 दिनों की मजदूरी सरकार द्वारा दी जाती है जिसके लिए आप अपना आवेदन अपने नजदीकी पंचायत भवन में जाकर दे सकते हैं। आवेदन प्राप्त होने के 15 दिनों के भीतर ही सरकार मजदूरी के लिए काम देगी। उपायुक्त ने कहा कि अपने अधिकारों एवं योजनाओं की जानकारी सभी ग्रामीणों को होनी चाहिए। इसके लिए पंचायत मुखिया की जिम्मेदारी होगी की ग्रामीणों को सही जानकारी प्रदान करें। इसके साथ ही उपायुक्त ने आम बागबानी योजना के लाभ से संबंधित भी नागरिकों को जानकारी दी। वहीं उपायुक्त ने नए पेंशन योजना से संबंधित जानकारी से भी नागरिकों को अवगत कराया। उन्होंने आगामी चुनाव में सभी नागरिकों को वोट देने के प्रति भी जागरूक किया एवं नागरिकों को अपने मतदान केंद्र में जाकर मतदाता सूची से अपने नाम का मिलवा करने की भी अपील की।

उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी के द्वारा अब तक जिले के लगभग दर्जनों सुदूरवर्ती क्षेत्र के PVTG ग्रामों / टोलों का भ्रमण किया जा चुका है। उनके पहल से जिले के हजारों PVTG समुदाय के लोगों को सरकार की कल्याण कारी योजनाओं का लाभ मिल चुका है। वहीं कई क्षेत्रों में सड़क निर्माण का भी कार्य प्रारंभ कर लिया गया है। उपायुक्त का संकल्प है कि जिले के कोई भी PVTG समुदाय के लोग सरकार के कल्याणकारी योजनाओं से वंचित न रहे। इसी उद्देश्य से वे जिले के अति सुदूरवर्ती क्षेत्र में निवास करने वाले पीवीटीजी समुदाय के लोगों से मिलकर उनकी समस्याओं को सुनते हैं एवं समस्याओं के निवारण हेतु त्वरित कार्रवाई भी की जा रही है। आज सारुबेड़ा ग्राम के निवासियों से भी उपायुक्त ने मुलाकात कर उन्हें यह विश्वास दिलाया कि जल्द ही उनके सभी समस्याओं का निवारण किया जाएगा।

आज क्षेत्र भ्रमण के दौरान एसडीओ बसिया, बीडीओ पालकोट, पंचायत मुखिया सहित अन्य संबंधित पदाधिकारी एवं कर्मी मौजूद रहें।
