विश्रामपुर और तुमांग पंचायत के रैयतों ने खलारी अंचल कार्यालय के समक्ष शुरू किया अनिश्चितकालीन धरना

खलारी। बिहार कोलियरी कामगार यूनियन एवं झारखण्डी भाषा खतियान संघर्ष समिति के संयुक्त बैनर तले सोमवार से रैयत रतिया गंझू के नेतृत्व में विश्रामपुर और तुमांग पंचायत के रैयत और ग्रामीणों ने 1976 में सीसीएल द्वारा अधिग्रहित की गई भूमि में हुई त्रुटि के सुधार करने की मांग को लेकर खलारी अंचल कार्यालय के समक्ष अनिश्चितकालीन धरना शुरू किया।

धरना पर बैठे रतिया गंझू ने कहा कि सीसीएल केडीएच प्रबंधन और खलारी अंचल की ढुलमूल और टालमटोल रवैया के कारण विश्रामपुर और तुमांग पंचायत के रैयतों और ग्रामीणों को आज तक नौकरी मुआवजा और पुनर्वास का लाभ से वंचित रहना पड़ रहा है। उन्होने कहा कि पुर्व में केडीएच खदान से सटे जामुन दोहर में दोनों पंचायत के रैयतों एवं ग्रामीणों ने एक सौ बीस तक धरना दिया था। वहीं 28 जनवरी को केडीएच खदान के काम को बंद कराने के बाद सीसीएल प्रबंधन, बिहार कोलियरी कामगार यूनियन, झारखण्डी भाषा खतियान संघर्ष समिति एवं ग्रामीणों के बीच हुई वार्ता में तय हुआ था कि सीसीएल प्रबंधन विश्रामपुर और तुमांग पंचायत के जमीन को जल्द ही सत्यापित कर रैयतो को नौकरी और मुआवजा देने साथ उनका पुनर्वास कर दिया जाएगा।

लेकिन आज तक सीसीएल प्रबंधन एवं अंचलाधिकारी के द्वारा कोई भी ठोस कार्यवाही नहीं की गई है। अतः हम रैयत और ग्रामीणों ने अपनी उक्त मांगों को लेकर फिर से अंचल कार्यालय के समक्ष अनिश्चितकालीन धरना दिया है। उन्होने कहा कि जब तक रैयतों और ग्रामीणों की समस्याओं का उचित निवारण नही होता है और रैयतों की जमीन को चिह्नित कर उन्हे नौकरी, मुआवजा और पुनर्वास नही किया जाता तब तक अनिश्चितकालीन धरना प्रदर्शन जारी रहेगा।

अनिश्चितकालीन धरना में मुख्य रूप से महेश महतो, मुन्ना कुमार गंझू, संतोष गंझू, देवराज गंझू, पिंटू गंझू, राहुल कुमार, करण कुमार, जीतन गंझू, महावीर गंझू सहित अन्य रैयत और ग्रामीण उपस्थित थे।
