आगामी 11 अप्रैल को होने वाले ईद-उल-फितर/सरहुल एवं 17 अप्रैल को रामनवमी पर्व के विधि व्यवस्था संधारण को लेकर जिला स्तरीय शांति समिति की बैठक का आयोजन बिरसा सांस्कृतिक भवन कोडरमा में किया गया। बैठक की अध्यक्षता संयुक्त रूप से उपायुक्त मेघा भारद्वाज एवं पुलिस अधीक्षक अनुदीप सिंह ने किया। सौहार्दपूर्ण माहौल में ईद-उल-फितर/सरहुल एवं रामनवमी का पर्व संपन्न कराने को लेकर विभिन्न बिंदुओं पर विस्तार से चर्चा की गई।

उपायुक्त मेघा भारद्वाज ने कहा कि सभी सौहार्दपूर्ण वातावरण में ईद-उल-फितर एवं रामनवमी का पर्व मनाएंगे। सभी थाना प्रभारी – बीडीओ/सीओ अलर्ट रहेंगे,जहां शांति समिति की बैठक नहीं हुई है वहां अविलंब शांति समिति की बैठक करेंगे। बैठक में सभी वर्गों का प्रतिनिधित्व हो,इसे थाना प्रभारी/बीडीओ-सीओ सुनिश्चित करेंगे। सभी डीजे संचालकों के साथ बीडीओ-सीओ/थाना प्रभारी अपने स्तर से भी बैठक करेंगे। डीजे में किसी भी तरह की आपत्तिजनक/अश्लील गाने को बजाया नहीं जाएगा। साथ ही उन्होंने कहा कि अभी लोकसभा चुनाव होने के कारण आदर्श आचार संहिता लागू है, इसलिए आदर्श आचार संहिता का उल्लघंन न हो इसका ख्याल रखेंगे। आदर्श आचार संहिता का उल्लघंन करने वालों पर सख्त कार्रवाई की जायेगी। उन्होंने कहा कि पर्व के दौरान जिला प्रशासन द्वारा आप लोगों को सारी सुविधाएं व व्यवस्था का ध्यान रखा जायेगा। अखाड़ा दल अपने वोलेंटियर्रस के नामों की सूची देने को कहा गया। जुलूस के दौरान कोई भी घातक हथियार नहीं ले जाएंगे। सभी अखाड़ों की वीडियोग्राफी होगी/सोशल मीडिया पर सतत निगरानी होगी। सभी जुलूस में मेडिकिल कीट उपलब्ध हो। जुलूस का जो निर्धारित रूट से संबंधित रिपोर्ट उपलब्ध कराने को कहा गया।

मौके पर पुलिस अधीक्षक (एसपी) अनुदीप सिंह ने कहा कि पर्याप्त संख्या में पुलिस बल जिला को उपलब्ध है। सभी कि प्रतिनियुक्ति कर दी जाएगी। सभी अलर्ट रहकर अपने दायित्वों का निर्वाहन करेंगे। डीसी – एसपी ने सोशल मीडिया प्लेटफार्म पर निगरानी रखने की बात कहीं। पदाधिकारियों ने आम जनों को किसी भी अफवाह पर ध्यान नहीं देने। अगर कुछ संदिग्ध होता है तो अविलंब स्थानीय बीडीओ/सीओ – थानों प्रभारियों को सूचित करने की अपील की,प्रशासन अविलंब कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित करेगा। अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी श्रीमती रिया सिंह ने कहा कि आदर्श आचार संहिता का उल्लघंन न हो इसका ख्याल रखेंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि आखड़ा वाले अपने वॉलिंटियर्स की सूची उपलब्ध करा देंगे।

जिला स्तरीय शांति समिति की बैठक में जिले के विभिन्न प्रखंडों से गणमान्य लोग शामिल हुए। उन्होंने कई समस्याएं जिला प्रशासन के समक्ष रखे और जिसपर जिला प्रशासन द्वारा अवश्वासन दिया गया कि पर्व के दौरान आपकी समस्याएं पर विशेष ध्यान देते हुए व्यवस्था उपलब्ध कराया जाएगा। शांति समिति की बैठक में आये गणमान्य लोग ने जिला प्रशासन को आश्वस्त किया कि आपसी भाईचारे और सौहार्दपूर्ण वातावरण में त्यौहार मनायेंगे।

बैठक में मुख्य रूप से अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी रिया सिंह, अनुमंडल पुलिस पदाधिकारी, डीएसपी, उत्पाद अधीक्षक सुजीत कुमार, जिला कल्याण पदाधिकारी अभिषेक आनंद, जिला जनसंपर्क पदाधिकारी रवि कुमार, जिला मलेरिया पदाधिकारी डॉ मनोज कुमार, सभी प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी/अंचलाधिकारी व थाना प्रभारी समेत जिले के विभिन्न प्रखंडों से। आये गणमान्य लोग मौजूद रहे।
