नेशनल वर्ड पावर चैंपियनशिप में विजयी होकर रांची पहुंचे नन्हे चैंपियंस

✦ रांची एयरपोर्ट पर पुष्पगुच्छ देकर किया गया बच्चो एवं टीम का स्वागत

मुंबई में आयोजित नेशनल वर्ड पावर चैंपियनशिप में परचम लहराने के बाद शनिवार शाम 4 बजे नन्हे चैंपियंस रांची पहुंचे। रांची एयरपोर्ट पर राज्य कार्यक्रम पदाधिकारी श्री अभिनव कुमार ने इन चैंपियन बच्चो और पूरी टीम का पुष्पगुच्छ देकर स्वागत किया। झारखंड की टीम ने मुंबई में आयोजित अंग्रेजी की कठिन राष्ट्रीय वर्ड पावर चैंपियनशिप में मेजबान महाराष्ट्र और तमिलनाडु समेत 5 अन्य राज्यों को पछाड़ते हुए चैंपियनशिप का खिताब अपने नाम किया है।

इस प्रतियोगिता में झारखंड पहले, महाराष्ट्र दुसरे और तमिलनाडु तीसरे स्थान पर रहे। प्रतियोगिता का आयोजन अमेरिका की लोकप्रिय स्पेलिंग बी प्रतियोगिता की तर्ज पर होता है। स्कूली बच्चो के लिए इस प्रतियोगिता का आयोजन प्रखंड स्तर, जिला स्तर, राज्यस्तर एवं राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर लीप फॉर वर्ड और मेरिको संस्था द्वारा कराया जाता है।

आठ बच्चे हुए थे शामिल, चार ने किया राज्य का प्रतिनिधित्व

दिनांक 11 और 12 अप्रैल, 2024 को नेशनल वर्ड पावर चैंपियनशिप में 8 बच्चे झारखंड से शामिल हुए थे। कक्षा 2 से 5 तक के बच्चो के लिए आयोजित मुख्य फाइनल प्रतियोगिता में चार बच्चो ने प्रत्येक कक्षा से राज्य का प्रतिनिधित्व किया और ओवरऑल जीत दर्ज की। जिन बच्चो ने मुंबई में आयोजित इस राष्ट्रीय चैंपियनशिप में भाग लिया उनमे समरजीत महतो, आशा कुमारी, अनुप महतो, सुमित महतो, अंकित महतो, प्रभात रंजन, नीलम कुमारी, असद अख्तर अंसारी शामिल है।
