गुमला: सुनीता देवी कहती हैं,’इस बार के चुनाव में किसी प्रलोभन में न आकर अपने समझ से सही उम्मीदवार को चुनना है। पैसा , शराब या किसी अन्य प्रकार के लुभावन अथवा बहकावे में आकर अपने मताधिकार का इस्तेमाल नहीं करना बल्कि सोच समझकर अपने मत का इस्तेमाल करना है।’सुनीता देवी गुमला, सिसई के राज्यकीयकृत मध्य विद्यालय लावागंई, चेगरी स्थित मतदान केंद्र के बूथ लेवल अवेरनेस ग्रुप से जुड़ी हैं।आज मुख्य निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी श्री के. रवि कुमार के गुमला आगमन के दौरान वे उक्त मतदान केंद्र का जायजा लेने पहुंचे थे। वे जानना चाहते थे कि सुनीता लोगों को नैतिक मतदान (Ethical Voting)के विषय में क्या जानकारी दे रहीं हैं।

मुख्य निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी ने कहा कि लोक सभा निर्वाचन के समय काफी गर्मी रहने वाली है। इसे देखते हुए मतदाताओं एवं मतदान कर्मियों के लिए सभी मतदान केंद्रों पर भारत निर्वाचन आयोग के निर्देशानुसार पेयजल, शौचालय, रनिंग वाटर, बिजली, शेड जैसी न्यूनतम सुविद्याएँ उपलब्ध रहेंगी। साथ ही सभी मतदान केंद्रों पर वरिष्ठ एवं दिव्यांग मतदाताओं की सहायता के लिए वॉलेंटियर नियुक्त किये गए हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि नैतिक मतदान को बढ़ावा देने के लिए बूथ लेवल अवेरनेस ग्रुप भी बनाया गया है । वे आज सिसई के राज्यकीयकृत उत्क्रमित मध्य विद्यालय भुसरी स्थित मतदान केंद्र संख्या 20 एवं 21, राज्यकीयकृत मध्य विद्यालय लावागंई चेगरी स्थित मतदान केंद्र संख्या 22 एवं 23, बिशुनपुर के सामुदायिक भवन बोरांग स्थित मतदान केंद्र संख्या 109 एवं बिशुनपुर के राजकीय मध्य विद्यालय कटिया स्थित मतदान केंद्र संख्या 108 के निरीक्षण के क्रम में बूथ अवेयरनेस ग्रुप, वॉलेंटियर्स एवं बीएलओ से मिलकर उनके निर्वाचन संबंधित जबाबदेहियों से अवगत कराते हुए उनका संवेदीकरण कर रहे थे।

बोरांग ग्राम प्रधान दिलेशर उरांव ने बताया कि पहले यहां के लोग बानालात स्थित मतदान केंद्र जाकर अपने मताधिकार का प्रयोग करते थे जिस वजह से बूढ़े बुजुर्ग लोग अपने मताधिकार के प्रयोग से वंचित रह जाते थे। इस बार अपने गांव में मतदान केंद्र बन जाने से हम सब अपने मताधिकार का इस्तेमाल कर पाएंगे। दिलेशर उरांव मुख्य निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी के. रवि कुमार द्वारा गुमला बिशुनपुर के सामुदायिक भवन बोरांग स्थित मतदान केंद्र संख्या 109 के निरीक्षण के क्रम में कहा । ज्ञातव्य है कि पहले के निर्वाचनों में नक्सल प्रभावित एवं सुदूरवर्ती क्षेत्र होने के कारण आस पास के 8 मतदान केंद्रों के मतदाता अपने मताधिकार का इस्तेमाल करने के लिए बानालात जाया करते थे।

मतदान केंद्र 108 के निरीक्षण के दौरान 87 वर्षीय दिव्यांग भूखली देवी की जानकारी प्राप्त हुई जिनके मतदान हेतु मुख्य निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी ने होम वोटिंग कराने संबंधित पदाधिकारियों को निदेश दिया।

मुख्य निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी ने मतदान के समय के बारे में मतदान केंद्र संख्या 22 की बीएलओ ओकिला देवी से पूछा तब उन्होंने बताया कि इस बार सुबह 7 बजे से शाम के 5 बजे तक मतदान रहेगा। पहले 3 बजे ही खत्म हो जाता था। हमलोग 5 बजे तक इस बार मतदान करवाएंगे और जो 5 बजे तक लाईन में खड़े हो जाएंगे उनका भी हमें मतदान कराना है।

इस अवसर पर मुख्य निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी द्वारा संबंधित मतदान केंद्रों के मतदाता सूची से क्रमवार मतदाताओं के विषय में बीएलओ से जानकारी मांगी सभी बीएलओ द्वारा आपने क्षेत्र के मतदाताओं की समुचित जानकारी मुख्य निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी को दी गयी। उन्होंने मतदान दिवस , फॉर्म 6 कब तक भरे जा सकते है, क्षेत्र में आई नई बहुओं को मतदाता सूची में जोड़े जाने की प्रक्रिया , ईवीएम/वीवीपैट आदि मतदान से जुड़े विभिन्न विषयों पर बीएलओ की जानकारी से अवगत हुए। इस अवसर पर बीएलओ द्वारा दिये गए जवाबो से मुख्य निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी पूर्णतः संतुष्ट हुए। उन्होंने इस अवसर पर मतदान के दिन नियुक्त वॉलेंटियर से भी बात की एवं उनके कार्यों के विषय में उन्हें पूरी संवेदनशीलता के साथ सजग रहने का निदेश दिया।

निरीक्षण के क्रम में जिला निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी सह उपायुक्त गुमला श्री कर्ण सत्यार्थी,अपर समाहर्ता गुमला, डीआरडीए निदेशक, एसडीओ सदर गुमला, एसडीओ चैनपुर, एसडीओ बसिया, डीसीएलआर, जिला उप निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी गुमला सहित गुमला जिला के निर्वाचन से संबंधित पदाधिकारीगण एवं कर्मी उपस्थित रहे।
