गुमला जिले में इस बार होगा दिन भर मतदान…

जिला में मतदान की तिथि 13 मई 2024, मतदान करने का समय सुबह के 7 बजे से संध्या 5 बजे तक निर्धारित है।

जिला में स्वीप गतिविधि के तहत मतदाताओं को किया जा रहा है जागरूक, इस बार 80 प्रतिशत मतदान करने का है लक्ष्य निर्धारित…

गुमला : गुमला जिले में आगामी 13 मई को लोकसभा आम चुनाव 2024 के तहत मतदान की तिथि निर्धारित है। जिले में चुनाव के इस महापर्व में जिले वासियों को सम्मिलित करने के उद्देश से जिला के स्वीप कोषांग द्वारा सुदूरवर्ती क्षेत्रों से लेकर शहरी मतदाताओं को जागरूक करने हेतु कई रचनात्मक गतिविधियों का आयोजन किया जा रहा है।

जिला स्वीप नोडल पदाधिकारी सह जिला समाज कल्याण पदाधिकारी आरती कुमारी के द्वारा जिला निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी सह उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी के निर्देश पर जिले के सभी क्षेत्रों के मतदाताओं को जागरूक करने के उद्देश्य से पहल किए जा रहा है। जहां सुदूरवर्ती क्षेत्रों एवं PVTG ग्रामों में ग्रामीणों के बीच जागरूकता रैली शपथ ग्रहण समारोह, आंगनवाड़ी केंद्रों/ विद्यालयों आदि जैसे सार्वजनिक संस्थानों में खेल खेल में चुनाव जागरूकता कार्यक्रम, रंगोली एवं मेहंदी लगाने जैसे कई गतिविधियों से जिले के मतदाताओं को जागरूक करने का कार्य किया जा रहा है। वहीं शहरी क्षेत्रों में भी उक्त गतिविधियों के अलावा रात्रि चौपाल जैसे गतिविधि का भी आयोजन करते हुए शहरी क्षेत्र के मतादतों को जागरूक करने का कार्य किया जा रहा है। मतदाता जागरूकता वाहन का संचालन, एलईडी एवं अन्य वाहनों के माध्यम से चुनाव जागरूकता के गाने बजाते हुए मतदाताओं को चुनाव से जोड़ने का प्रयास किया जा रहा है।

इसी कड़ी में गुमला मुख्यालय के पास दफ्तरों में चाय देने वाले विजय उरांव एवं मुमफली बेचने वाले राजा बाबू को स्वीप के तहत जागरूकता T-shirt पहनाया गया। दरअसल विजय उरांव एवं राजा बाबू बरसों से जिला मुख्यालय के पास चाय एवं मुंफली बेचने का कार्य कर रहें है एवं दोनो के ही चाय एवं मुंफली के चर्चे पूरे मुख्यालय में फैली है एवं आस पास के सभी लोग विजय के चाय की चुस्की एवं राजा बाबू के मुमफली का स्वाद अवश्य लेते हैं। स्वीप कार्यकर्ताओं द्वारा दोनो को ही स्वीप की T shirt पहनाते हुए प्रति दिन सैंकड़ों लोगों को चाय एवं मुमफली के साथ चुनाव के प्रति जागरूक करने की पहल की गई है।

इसी प्रकार बसिया प्रखंड में सोमवार को देर शाम कैंडल मार्च करते हुए वहां के मतदाताओं को जागरूक करने का कार्य किया गया, कैंडल मार्च के पश्चात मतदाताओं को मतदाता शपथ भी दिलाया गया एवं जागरूकता गीत के साथ पूरे कार्यक्रम को सफलता पूर्वक आयोजन किया गया।

जिला निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी के निर्देश पर जिले के वरीय अधिकारियों को भी विभिन्न मतदान केंद्रों का औचक निरीक्षण करने का निर्देश दिया गया है। पदाधिकारियों द्वारा मतदान केंद्रों का भ्रमण करते हुए भी वहां के स्थानीय नागरिकों को मतदान के प्रति जागरूक करने का कार्य किया जा रहा है। पदाधिकारियों के द्वारा मतदाताओं से स्थानीय भाषा में बात करते हुए उन्हें लोकतंत्र की विशेषता से अवगत कराया जा रहा है।

जिला स्वीप नोडल पदाधिकारी आरती कुमारी ने बताया कि इस वर्ष जिले में 80 प्रतिशत मतदान कराने का लक्ष्य है, उक्त लक्ष्य को ध्यान में रखते हुए जिले के 50 प्रतिशत से कम मतदान वाले मतदान केंद्रों का भी लगातार भ्रमण किया जा रहा है एवं वहां के मतदाताओं को जागरूक करने की पहल की जा रही है एवं आगे भी कई गतिविधियों का आयोजन करते हुए मतदाताओं को जागरूक करने का कार्य किया जाएगा जिसकी योजना बना ली गई है।

गुमला जिला प्रशासन के गुमला उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी द्वारा आसन्न लोकसभा चुनाव 2024 के लिए तरह तरह के आकर्षक कार्यक्रम प्रस्तुत करवाकर , अपना अधिकार – अपना सरकार के लिए , प्रत्येक नागरिकों को अपने मताधिकार का प्रयोग अवश्य करें और ज़रूर करें, मतदान के दिन , जल्दी उठो और जल्दी कर आओ, अपने मताधिकार का सम्मान , मतदान से बढ़कर कोई दान नहीं ।
