गिरिडीह-कोडरमा के सभी 12 विस क्षेत्रों में हार के बावजूद दो क्षत्रप छा गए…विनोद-जयराम की लोकप्रियता का ग्राफ तेजी से बढ़ा

गिरिडीह, (कमलनयन) : विश्व के सबसे बड़े लोकतांत्रिक देश में 18वीँ लोकसभा के लिए सम्पन्न हुए चुनावों के नतीजे कई मायनों में चौंकाने वाले आए हैं। केन्द्र में सत्तारूढ़ एनडीए को अबकी बार 400 पार नारे की अपेक्षा के विपरीत देश के करोड़ों वोटरों ने 300 सीटों के अंदर ही समेट दिया। एक्जिट पोल की विश्वसनीयता पर भी प्रश्नचिन्ह लग गये. 500 सालों बाद अयोध्या में श्री राम मंदिर क्षेत्र की लोस सीट फैज़ाबाद (अयोध्या) में भाजपा को मिली पराजय की चर्चा देश-विदेश तक में है। दरअसल, हर चुनाव में कुछ सीटें ऐसी होती हैं, जहां जीतने वाले से अधिक हारने वाले प्रत्याशी की होती है। झारखंड में  उत्तरी छोटानागपुर के गिरिडीह और कोडरमा लोस सीटों पर भी जीतने वालों से अधिक हारने वाले दो प्रत्याशी क्रमशः विनोद कुमार सिंह (कोडरमा) और जयराम महतो (गिरिडीह) की चर्चा चौक-चौराहों से लेकर चाय-पान की दुकानों,  छात्रावासों, पार्टी संगठनों के दफ्तरों में,   उपासना स्थलों में, महिला समूहों के बीच हो रही है। हालांकि 2019 के चुनावों की भांति दोनों सीटें एनडीए के खाते गई है। कोडरमा से पीएम नरेन्द्र मोदी सरकार में केन्द्रीय मंत्री रही अन्नपूर्णा देवी दूसरी बार 3 लाख 77 हजार 643 मतों के अंतर से जीत दर्ज की लेकिन 2019 के मुकाबले इस चुनाव में जीत के अंतर में लगभग 70 हजार वोटों की कमी आई है।

जयराम ने झारखंड और राजनीतिक पंडितों को चौंकाया, कई राजनीतिक दल पसोपेश में

गिरिडीह लोस में आजसू से विजयी रहे चन्द्र प्रकाश चौधरी को भी 2019  के मुकाबले जीत के अंतर में लगभग एक लाख 65 हजार वोटों की गिरावट आई है। अपने जीवन का पहला संसदीय चुनाव लड़ने वाले झारखंडी भाषा खतियान संघर्ष समिति (जेबीकेएसएस) के जयराम महतो तीसरे स्थान पर रहे. इन्हें 3 लाख 47 हजार 322 वोट प्राप्त हुए। युवा तुर्क जयराम महतो को रनर रहे इंडिया ब्लॉक के संयुक्त प्रत्याशी जेएमएम के कद्दावर नेता टुंडी के विधायक मथुरा महतो से महज 23 हजार वोट कम प्राप्त हुए। सोशल मीडिया से लोकप्रिय हुए जयराम महतो युवाओं के बीच टाइगर की उपाधि से विभूषित हैं। काफी कम समय में सभी वर्गों के दिलों में खुद के लिए भरोसे की विशेष जगह बनाने वाले टाइगर जयराम को अपने पहले चुनाव में तीसरे स्थान पर रहने के बावजूद लगभग साढ़े तीन लाख से कुछ कम वोट मिले, लेकिन इनके समर्थक मायूस नहीं, उत्साहित हैं। इसके विपरीत युवा टाइगर की झोली में गये मतों को लेकर चिंता विरोधियों में देखी जा रही है। चौक-चौराहों पर और खास के बीच चर्चा है कि इसी साल होनेवाले राज्य विस के चुनावों में जेबीकेएसएस के प्रत्याशी इंडिया और एनडीए दोनों गठबधन दलों के लिए मुश्किलें पैदा कर सकते हैं। इसको लेकर दोनों प्रमुख गठबंधन दलों में पार्टी के भीतर मंथन भी होने लगा है। दरअसल, जयराम ने पूरे झारखंडवासियों और राजनीतिक पंडितों को चौेकाया है. आनेवाले समय में जयराम की पार्टी को राजनीतिक हल्कों में हल्के में नहीं लिया जा सकता.

विनोद ने कहा-कार्य क्षेत्र बगोदर तक सीमित था…अब पूरे कोडरमा तक हो गया…!

अब बात करते हैं कोडरमा लोस सीट की. इंडिया ब्लॉक के प्रत्याशी भाकपा माले के बगोदर विधायक विनोद कुमार सिंह  दूसरे स्थान पर रहे. श्री सिंह को 4 लाख 46 हजार 643 वोट प्राप्त हुए। श्री सिंह को 3 लाख 77 हजार से कुछ अधिक वोटों के अंतर से पराजय का सामना करना पड़ा। दरअसल, विनोद कुमार सिंह एकीकृत बिहार विस में आम अवाम के मुद्दों को प्रभावी ढंग से उठाने वाले रहे हैं. वे अपने पिता स्व. महेन्द्र सिंह के पुत्र हैं। पिता के नक्शेकदम पर चलते हुए विनोद सिंह ने भी मजदूरों-किसानों और जनमुद्दों से जुड़े सवालों को लेकर सभी सरकारों को घेरते रहे हैं. बगोदर से तीन बार विधायक बने विनोद सिंह जाति, धर्म-सम्प्रदाय की सियासत से कोसों दूर हैं। विनोद सिंह को जो लोग करीब से जानते-समझते हैं, वे बताते हैं कि लोगों से झूठे वायदे करना, सस्ती लोकप्रियता अर्जित करना उनके स्वभाव में है ही नहीं. सादगी भरा जीवन जीना और जनता के कामों के बदौलत ही सीएम हेमंत सोरेन सरकार में इन्हें झारखण्ड विस में उत्कृष्ट विधायक का सम्मान प्राप्त हुआ था। कोडरमा से इंडिया ब्लॉक के प्रत्याशी बनाये जाने के बाद लगभग सभी वर्गों के लोगों का कहना था कि विनोद सिंह जीते तो कोडरमा के जनमुद्दों की गूंज  संसद में सुनाई देगी। लेकिन मतदान जाति-धर्म और सम्प्रदाय पर सिमट गया. इसके फलस्वरूप विनोद सिंह को पराजय का सामना करना पड़ा. अब लोग कहते हैं कि विनोद सिंह जीतते तो बात कुछ और होती। इस बाबत विनोद भाई का कहना है कि इससे पहले कार्य क्षेत्र बगोदर तक था, लेकिन अब कोडरमा की सभी छह विस क्षेत्रों तक हो गया है। चुनाव नतीजों के दिन भी हमने देखा विनोद सिंह असहज बिल्कुल नहीं थे। सामान्य दिनों की तरह ही लोगों से मिल नतीजों पर प्रतिक्रिया व्यक्त कर रहे थे। शायद यही सब कारणों से पराजय के बाद भी जन मानस के बीच उनकी चर्चा है। लोगों को उनके हारने का मलाल है.
