मनीष जायसवाल की बाजीगरी में पर्दे के पीछे से निभाई अलग ही भूमिका

वर्ष 2010 में दूसरी बार संप्रग मनमोहन सिंह की सरकार देश में चल रही थी और हजारीबाग में बदल रही थी सियासी फिजां। इस समां में जन-जन के मन में समा रहे थे विधायक मनीष जायसवाल और इसी दौरान बदल रहा था पत्रकारिता का दौर। पत्रकारिता के बदलते इस नए दौर में मनीष जायसवाल अपने मीडिया मैनेजमेंट की बागडोर एक ऐसे युवा के हाथों में सौंप रहे थे, जिन्होंने पर्दे के पीछे रह कर न सिर्फ मनीष जायसवाल के फैसले और दूरदर्शिता को सौ फीसदी सही साबित कर दिखाया, बल्कि ‘मीडिया मैनेजमेंट’ के ‘असल हीरो’ के रूप में खुद को स्थापित भी किया।

यह युवा शख्स हैं ‘रंजन चौधरी’। बोकारो के चंदनकियारी प्रखंड के ग्राम पंचायत सिमुलिया से हजारीबाग पढ़ने आए रंजन चौधरी की माली हालत अच्छी नहीं थी। लेकिन उनका जज्बा, समर्पण और परिश्रम ने उन्हें इस काबिल बना दिया कि आज जिला और राज्य ही नहीं, देश के दिग्गजों के मीडिया प्रभारी के समकक्ष लिखने-पढ़ने में किसी से पीछे नहीं हैं। सबसे बड़ी बात ‘टाइम फैक्टर’। इसे समझ पिछले डेढ़ दशक से वह मनीष जायसवाल के साथ खामोशी से उनका साया बन साथ निभाया। शायद ही कोई कार्यक्रम, भाषण या इवेंट को वक्त पर कवर करने में वह पीछे रहे हों। जहां हैं, वहीं से मीडिया को पल-पल की गतिविधियों की खबर भेजते रहे।

जरूरत पड़ी तो मनीष के कार्यक्रमों के अलावा अपनी लेखनी का परचम भी खूब लहराया। प्लेटफॉर्म मिला तो शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य और अन्य जनसेवा के क्षेत्र में भी अपनी अलग पहचान बनाई। लोगों की मदद के लिए सदैव तत्पर रहे। उनका मीडिया मैनेजमेंट इतना उत्कृष्ट है कि हर के जेहन में मनीष जायसवाल का नाम मनोमस्तिष्क पर किसी निशान की तरह छाप छोड़ दिया। इस तरह अन्य फैक्टर्स के अलावा मीडिया मैनेजमेंट के माध्यम से मनीष जायसवाल को बाजीगर बनाने में पर्दे के पीछे से अलग ही भूमिका निभाई।

सोशल मीडिया के माध्यम से मनीष जायसवाल की एक-एक गतिविधि को आजजनमानस के बीच बड़े ही भावनात्मक और उनके किए गए कार्यों को सलीके से प्रस्तुत किया। चुनाव कैंपेन के हर गतिविधि को फोटो, वीडियो और शानदार म्यूजिक एवं संगीत के साथ रील्स के माध्यम से प्रस्तुत कर शुरुआती दौर से लेकर मतगणना तक मनीष जायसवाल को छाए रखा। रंजन चौधरी ने जिस सक्रियता और सुलभता से दूसरे के दु:ख-दर्द को अपना समझते हुए तत्पर होकर सेवा देते जनप्रतिनिधि की सर्वसुलभता का अहसास आमजनों के बीच कराया, वह किसी से छिपा नहीं है।

चिलचिलाती धूप हो या हो कड़ाके की ठंड, मूसलाधार बारिश हो या रातों का सन्नाटा, किसी को आपातकालीन स्थिति में खून की आवश्यकता हो या किसी को एंबुलेंस नहीं मिल रही हो, शहर में किसी भूखे को भोजन कराना हो या किसी विद्यार्थी को सहायता की आवश्यकता हो, अस्पताल में डॉक्टर नहीं हों या दवाई, मरीज और उनके परिजनों के एक फोन पर तत्परता और सक्रियता से उनकी सेवा को अंजाम दिया। रंजन चौधरी हर जरूरी स्पॉट पर जरूरतमंदों के लिए न सिर्फ खड़ा रहे, बल्कि हरसंभव सहयोग कर उनकी भरपूर भी मदद की। कोरोना काल से लेकर चुनाव प्रचार के दौरान उनका समर्पण अद्भुत, अविस्मरणीय और अकल्पनीय रहा। इसका सुखद परिणाम भी चुनावी नतीजों में देखने को मिला।

मनीष जायसवाल के मीडिया प्रतिनिधि रंजन चौधरी लगातार फेसबुक, व्हाट्सएप, इंस्टाग्राम, टि्वटर आदि पर सक्रिय रहकर मनीष जायसवाल की कार्यशैली को इस तरह जनता के बीच साझा किया कि आसपास किसी भी जनप्रतिनिधि का प्रेस-मीडिया इन क्रियाकलापों में काफी दूर पिछड़ता चला गया। रंजन चौधरी वर्ष 2010 में उस वक्त मनीष जायसवाल के साथ बतौर मीडिया प्रतिनिधि जुड़े थे, जब वह हजारीबाग नगर परिषद के कार्यकारी अध्यक्ष के पद पर कार्यरत थे। रंजन चौधरी कहते हैं कि मनीष जायसवाल के व्यक्तित्व और उनके मानवीय मूल्यों के प्रति कार्यों को देखकर वह न सिर्फ उनसे प्रभावित होते हैं, बल्कि उन्हें अपना आदर्श मानकर नित्य कुछ बेहतर करने की प्रेरणा उनसे प्राप्त करते हैं।

इस वर्ष संसदीय चुनाव में उन्होंने अपने लिए चलता फिरता वार रूम तैयार किया। इस चुनाव में विपक्षियों के निशाने पर भी रहे। चलते-चलते वाहन से ही सारा काम करते रहे। मनीष जायसवाल के साथ लगातार 78 दिनों तक साथ चलते अथक मीडिया मैनेजमेंट सलीके से संभालते रहे। इस बीच गमों का दौर भी आया और शारीरिक तकलीफों का भी सामना करना पड़ा। हर विघ्न की परवाह किए बिना आगे बढ़ते रहे। वह कहते हैं कि इक रास्ता है जिंदगी, जो थम गए कुछ नहीं…।
