साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का हुआ आयोजन , उप विकास आयुक्त दिलेश्वर महत्तो ने की आवेदकों से मुलाकात, अधिनस्तों को दिए आवश्यक दिशा निर्देश

गुमला – साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस के आयोजन की अध्यक्षता जिला उप विकास आयुक्त दिलेश्वर महत्तो के द्वारा किया गया। साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस में दूर दराज से आए आवेदकों ने उप विकास आयुक्त से मुलाकात की एवं अपने समस्याओं से उन्हें अवगत करवाया।

घाघरा प्रखंड निवासी लक्ष्मीन देवी ने बताया कि उनके पति की मृत्यु उग्रवादी हिंसा से हुई एवं उन्होंने अनुकंपा के आधार पर नौकरी की मांग की। पालकोट प्रखंड के सोलगा ग्राम निवेसियों ने उनके ग्राम अंतर्गत जलमिनार की मशीन एवं मोटर, वार्ड के पास से उपलब्ध कराने की मांग की उन्होंने कहा कि उनके ग्राम अंतर्गत पिछले एक वर्ष से सोलर मशीन खराब होने के कारण पेयजल की उपलब्धता में ग्रामीणों को कठिनाई का सामना करना पड़ रहा है तथा उन्हें गांव से एक किलो मीटर दूर जाकर कुएं के गंदे पानी का सेवन करना पड़ रहा है। गंदे पानी के सेवन करने से ग्राम वासियों को हमेशा कुछ न कुछ बीमारी लगी रहती है। जिसके निदान के लिए ग्रामीणों ने उप विकास आयुक्त से सहायता की मांग की। जिसपर उप विकास आयुक्त ने जिला पंचायती राज पदाधिकारी को पत्र अग्रसारित करते हुए आवश्यक कार्रवाई करने हेतु निर्देश दिया।

पालकोट के बघिमा थाना स्थित साकिन मौजा के निवासी अपदेव कुम्हारी ने उनके जमीन का फर्जी पट्टा बनाकर जमीन को ऑनलाइन कराते हुए बिक्री कराने की शिकायत की। उन्होंने कहा कि उनके खतियानी जमीन की कभी बिक्री नहीं हुई परंतु फिर भी उनके जमीन को अवैध रूप से ऑनलाइन बेचने की प्रक्रिया की जा रही है जिसके लिए उन्होंने उप विकास आयुक्त से सहायता की मांग की। जिसपर उप विकास आयुक्त ने अपर समाहर्ता से उक्त जमीन की जांच करने हेतु अनुरोध किया।

रायडीह प्रखंड के वासुदेव कोना ( कोठाडीपा) के निवासियों ने अपना आवेदन समर्पित करते हुए उनके टोले में बिजली आपूर्ति की व्यवस्था करने हेतु निवेदन किया। ग्रामीणों ने बताया कि उनके गांव में बिजली तार लगाया गया है परंतु उनके टोले में बिजली के कनेक्शन नहीं दिया जाने के कारण काफी कठिनाई का सामना करना पड़ रहा है जिसके लिए उन्होंने उप विकास आयुक्त से सहयोग की मांग की।

इस प्रकार आज गुमला जिले के विभिन्न प्रखंडों से दूर दराज से लगभग 30 से अधिक आवेदक समाहरणालय पहुंचे एवं अपनी अपनी शिकायतों को उप विकास आयुक्त के समक्ष रखा , जिसमें जमीन विवाद के मामले, घरेलू विवाद, सामाजिक बदलाव की मांग , विभिन्न योजनाओं का लाभ इत्यादि से संबंधित कई मुद्दे शामिल रहें , उप विकास आयुक्त ने सभी समस्याओं को सुनते हुए संबंधित विभागों को आवेदन अग्रसारित किया एवं आवेदकों को जल्द ही उनके समस्याओं के निवारण किए जाएंगे के संबंध में आश्वस्त किया गया।
