गुमला – गुमला व्यवहार न्यायालय गुमला के एडीजे फोर (चार ) संजीव भाटिया की अदालत ने मंगलवार को युवती के साथ सामूहिक दुष्कर्म के दो आरोपी डुमरी थाना स्थित जतराडीपा निवासी मुन्ना साय और कोठीजतरा टोली निवासी महेश कोरवा को , धारा 376 (डी) के तहत 20-20 साल का सजा सुनाया गया है. वहीं उक्त दोनों आरोपी को 20-20 हजार रूपये का जुर्माना भी लगाया गया है. जुर्माना की राशि नहीं देने पर एक-एक साल अतिरिक्त सजा उक्त दोनों अभियुक्तों को भुगतना पड़ सकता है. प्राथमिकी के अनुसार जब उक्त पीड़िता अपने घर में अकेली थी
उस समय उक्त दोनों अभियुक्तों ने उक्त पीड़ित युवती के साथ उनके इच्छा के विरुद्ध बजबरदस्ती सामूहिक बलात्कार किया था , जिसके बाद उक्त पीड़ित युवती गर्भवती हो गई थी. जिसके बाद पीड़िता ने आरोपी के खिलाफ थाना में प्राथमिकी दर्ज कराया गया था, जिसके विरुद्ध उक्त दोनों अभियुक्तों को 20 – 20 साल का सश्रम करावास की सजा सुनाई गई हैं और उक्त दोनों अभियुक्तों को 20 -20 हजार रुपया का जुर्माना लगाया गया हैं, और जुर्माना की राशि नहीं देने पर एक एक वर्ष का अतिरिक्त कठोर सश्रम करावास की सजा भुगतनी पड़ सकती हैं।
