आज जिला स्तरीय समन्वय समिति की बैठक संपन्न, विभिन्न विभागों अंतर्गत संचालित योजनाओं की हुई समीक्षा

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश के आलोक में जिला स्तरीय समन्वय समिति की बैठक अपर समाहर्ता गुमला शशिंद्र कुमार बड़ाइक की अध्यक्षता में समाहरणालय सभागार में आयोजित की गई। बैठक में विभिन्न विभागों द्वारा संचालित योजनाओं की प्रगति की समीक्षा करते हुए विभागों के बीच बेहतर समन्वय स्थापित कर योजनाओं के प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन पर बल दिया गया।
बैठक के दौरान कृषि, पशुपालन, समाज कल्याण, स्वास्थ्य, शिक्षा, पेयजल एवं स्वच्छता, ग्रामीण विकास, मनरेगा, आपूर्ति, कल्याण, बाल विकास परियोजना (ICDS), श्रम, बिजली तथा अन्य विभागों द्वारा संचालित योजनाओं की अद्यतन स्थिति की विस्तृत समीक्षा की गई।
अपर समाहर्ता ने संबंधित विभागीय पदाधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया कि राज्य एवं केंद्र सरकार की जनकल्याणकारी योजनाओं का लाभ योग्य लाभुकों तक समय पर सुनिश्चित किया जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि योजनाओं के क्रियान्वयन में किसी भी प्रकार की शिथिलता या लापरवाही बर्दाश्त नहीं की जाएगी।
उन्होंने सभी पदाधिकारियों को अपने-अपने विभाग से संबंधित योजनाओं की नियमित मॉनिटरिंग करने, क्षेत्र भ्रमण कर योजनाओं की जमीनी स्थिति का आकलन करने तथा लंबित मामलों का त्वरित निष्पादन सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया। साथ ही विभागों के बीच बेहतर समन्वय बनाकर कार्यों को समयबद्ध तरीके से पूरा करने पर बल दिया गया।
बैठक में यह भी निर्देश दिया गया कि सरकारी योजनाओं की जानकारी अधिक से अधिक लोगों तक पहुंचाई जाए, ताकि पात्र लाभुक योजनाओं का लाभ प्राप्त कर सकें। इसके अलावा जनहित से जुड़े मामलों के निष्पादन में पारदर्शिता एवं जवाबदेही बनाए रखने की बात कही गई।

बैठक में विभिन्न विभागों के वरीय पदाधिकारी, जिले के सभी प्रखंडों के प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी (BDO) एवं अंचल अधिकारी (CO) उपस्थित रहे।
