योग गुरु जी के सानिध्य मे योगाभ्यास।

गुमला जिला मुख्यालय स्थित दुंदुरिया ग्राम के डी.ए. भी. पब्लिक स्कूल परिसर मे विद्यालय प्रबंधन द्वारा पांच दिवसीय समर कैंप का शुभारंभ किया गया। सर्वप्रथम योग गुरु का परिचय ज्योति सिन्हा के द्वारा कराया गया। तत्पश्चात पवित्र कुमार मोहतीं एवं अन्य शिक्षकों द्वारा पुष्प गुच्छ देकर अभिवादन व स्वागत किया गया, उक्त समर कैंप मे नवम् कक्षा तक के छात्र – छात्राऐं शामिल हुऐ , योग गुरु ने योग की शुरुआत ध्यान आसन के साथ की एवं विद्यार्थियों को मेडिटेशन के अभ्यास कराते हुए इसे मष्तिक के लिए लाभकारी क्रिया बताया , जिसे प्रति दिन सुबह करने से मेमोरी पॉवर मे बढ़ोतरी के साथ तनाव, मानसिक अशांति, अवसाद, क्रोध, के साथ ही साथ मन की चंचलता को स्थित कर एक नई ऊर्जा प्रदान करती है

पुनः बौधिक ज्ञान की जानकारी देते हुए, उन्होंने कहा कि, योग मानव जीवन का अमूल्य धरोहर है , उक्त ऋषि परंपरा को हमे अपने जीवन मे शामिल करना है , हमारे पूर्वजों, ऋषि मुनियों की आयु पहले 400 वर्ष ह़ोती थी , प्रकृति मे पहले भी सूरज, चांद, तारे , पेड – पौधे, वायु, थे और अभी भी हैं ,परन्तु आजके समय मे हमारी आयु सिमटकर मात्र
100 वर्षों से कम हो गई है , कारण है कि, हमने अपने ऋषियों की जीवन शैली को सही तरीके से अपने दिनचर्या मे नहीं शामिल किया , जिसके कारण कई प्रकार की शारीरिक व मानसिक रोगों से जुझना पड़ रहा है। जैसे बी. पी.,
डायबिटीज, थायराइड, अस्थमा, पाचनतंत्र की समस्या जैसे गंभीर रोग हो रहे हैं। इसका एकमात्र समाधान है।
विधि पूर्वक हर सुबह योग आसन, प्राणायाम को करना है , अभी के समय भाग- दौड़ व आपाधापी का है

इससे हमे बचना है। इस के बीच हमे हर हाल मे समय निकालकर निरोगी होने व आनंदमय जीवन जीने का संकल्प लेना है , आगामी आने वाले 21 जून 2024 दिन – शुक्रवार को अंर्तराष्ट्रीय योग दिवस को आयुष मंत्रालय भारत सरकार के प्रोटोकॉल के अनुसार योग करना है , उस दिन पूरी दुनियाँ के 178 देश एक साथ सामूहिक योगाभ्यास कर निरोगी जीवन जीने का शपथ लेंगे

अंत मे सभी सुखी हों, सभी निरोगी रहें, समस्त मानवता को एक परिवार मानते हुए वसुधैव कुटुंबकम का नारा दिया , व शांति पाठ के साथ पहले दिन के योग का समापन किया गया।
