गुमला : – झारखंड शिक्षा परियोजना, गुमला के तत्वावधान में जिला शिक्षा एवं प्रशिक्षण संस्थान (DIET), गुमला में जिला स्तरीय प्रथम कैरम टैलेंट प्रतियोगिता का सफल आयोजन किया गया। कार्यक्रम का उद्घाटन अतिरिक्त जिला कार्यक्रम पदाधिकारी ज्योति खलखो के द्वारा किया गया प्रतियोगिता में बालक एवं बालिका दोनों वर्गों के लिए अंडर-17 एवं अंडर-19 श्रेणियों में एकल एवं युगल मुकाबलों का आयोजन हुआ। आयोजन का उद्देश्य विद्यालय स्तर पर छिपी खेल प्रतिभाओं को मंच देना एवं राज्य स्तरीय प्रतियोगिताओं हेतु प्रतिभागियों का चयन करना था।
प्रतियोगिता के समापन पर सभी विजेता प्रतिभागियों को प्रमाण पत्र एवं मेडल प्रदान कर सम्मानित किया गया। विजेताओं में से प्रथम स्थान प्राप्त करने वाले प्रतिभागी 17 मई को राज्य स्तरीय प्रतियोगिता में गुमला जिले का प्रतिनिधित्व करेंगे।
राज्य स्तर पर चयनित प्रतिभागी इस प्रकार हैं:

बालक वर्ग: जॉन निराला खलखो एवं बजरंग किसान (प्रखंड – रायडीह)
बालिका वर्ग: राखी मिंज एवं तनु कुमारी (प्रखंड – गुमला)
अंडर-19 (एकल)
बालक वर्ग: दीपक कुमार बेदिया (प्रखंड –बसिया)
बालिका वर्ग: सुशीता कुमारी (प्रखंड – बिशुनपुर)
अंडर-19 (युगल)
बालक वर्ग: दीपक कुमार बेदिया एवं रामचंद्र उरांव (प्रखंड – बसिया)
बालिका वर्ग: सलोनी प्रिया कुमारी एवं सनियारो कुमारी (प्रखंड – रायडीह)
झारखंड शिक्षा परियोजना, गुमला द्वारा सभी चयनित प्रतिभागियों को राज्य स्तरीय प्रतियोगिता में प्रतिभाग हेतु रवाना किए जाने की व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित की गई है। साथ ही प्रतिभागियों को शुभकामनाएं देते हुए कहा गया कि वे अपना श्रेष्ठ प्रदर्शन कर गुमला जिले का नाम गौरवान्वित करें।
