लंबित मामलों के शीघ्र निष्पादन को लेकर हजारीबाग एसपी ने दिए सख्त निर्देश, अपराध गोष्ठी में उठाए गए 14 अहम मुद्दे

हजारीबाग, 16 मई 2025 — जिले में कानून-व्यवस्था को और अधिक सशक्त बनाने के उद्देश्य से आयोजित अपराध गोष्ठी में पुलिस अधीक्षक (एसपी), हजारीबाग ने सभी थाना प्रभारियों और संबंधित पुलिस पदाधिकारियों को 14 बिंदुओं पर विशेष दिशा-निर्देश जारी किए। बैठक में खासतौर पर लंबित आपराधिक मामलों, संगठित अपराध, महिला उत्पीड़न, साइबर अपराध और अवैध खनन जैसे गंभीर विषयों पर फोकस किया गया।

लंबित मामलों पर विशेष जोर
एसपी ने वर्ष 2020 और 2024 तक के सभी लंबित मामलों को प्राथमिकता के आधार पर निष्पादित करने का निर्देश दिया। एनडीपीएस एक्ट से संबंधित मामलों, महिला हिंसा और अनुसूचित जाति/जनजाति उत्पीड़न के मामलों को 60 दिनों के भीतर सुलझाने का निर्देश विशेष रूप से दिया गया।

वारंट और कुर्की पर विशेष अभियान
बैठक में बताया गया कि सभी थानों में लंबित जमानती और गैर-जमानती वारंट, इश्तेहार और कुर्की-जब्ती आदेशों का निष्पादन विशेष अभियान चलाकर किया जाएगा।

नशा, खनन और संगठित अपराध पर सख्ती
एसपी ने नशाखोरी से जुड़े गिरोहों, अवैध खनन में संलिप्त तत्वों, और सांप्रदायिक सौहार्द बिगाड़ने वालों के खिलाफ CCA और NSA के तहत कठोर कार्रवाई करने का आदेश दिया। कोयला, बालू और पत्थर के अवैध उत्खनन पर पूरी तरह रोक लगाने के निर्देश भी दिए गए, जिसके लिए अंचल अधिकारी व जिला खनन पदाधिकारी से समन्वय स्थापित किया जाएगा।

साइबर और सोशल मीडिया निगरानी
सभी थाना प्रभारियों को साइबर अपराध से जुड़े लंबित मामलों का त्वरित निष्पादन सुनिश्चित करने को कहा गया। सोशल मीडिया पर अफवाह फैलाने वालों की पहचान कर कानूनी कार्रवाई करने का भी निर्देश दिया गया है।

सार्वजनिक शिकायतों और कोर्ट सुरक्षा पर फोकस
एसपी ने सभी थानों को सिविल कोर्ट की सुरक्षा व्यवस्था की नियमित समीक्षा करने और जन समस्याओं के समाधान को प्राथमिकता देने की बात कही। साथ ही, पुराने आर्म्स एक्ट मामलों के अभियुक्तों का सत्यापन कर आवश्यक कार्रवाई के आदेश दिए गए हैं।

समन्वय से समाधान की पहल
सरकारी भूमि विवादों के त्वरित समाधान के लिए अंचल अधिकारियों के साथ समन्वय बनाने की बात कही गई है, ताकि थाना स्तर पर लंबित मामलों का शीघ्र निष्पादन हो सके।

यह अपराध गोष्ठी जिले में कानून व्यवस्था की मजबूती और जनसुरक्षा की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण पहल मानी जा रही है। एसपी का साफ संदेश था — “लंबित मामलों में देरी अब बर्दाश्त नहीं होगी।”
