‘बड़ी हवेली की छोटी ठकुराईन’ की अभिनेत्री इशिता गांगुली ने कहा,”‘चमकीली’ मेरे एक्टिंग करियर का सबसे चुनौतीपूर्ण किरदार है।”

मुंबई, 16 मई 2025: पिछले 15 सालों से एंटरटेनमेंट इंडस्ट्री में अपनी दमदार मौजूदगी दर्ज करा चुकीं एक्ट्रेस इशिता गांगुली ने इस साल अपने करियर में एक नई दिशा को चुना है। टीवी से लेकर फिल्मों और ओटीटी तक, इशिता ने अपनी एक्टिंग से दर्शकों का दिल जीतने में कोई कमी नहीं छोड़ी है। खासकर उनके प्यारे, चुलबुले और पौराणिक किरदारों के लिए दर्शकों ने उन्हें खूब सराहा। लेकिन इस बार वह चमकीली के रोल में नज़र आ रही हैं, जो उनके लिए अबतक का सबसे डार्क और चुनौतीपूर्ण किरदार है।
शेमारू उमंग पर प्रसारित दर्शकों के चहेते शो ‘बड़ी हवेली की छोटी ठकुराईन में इशिता ‘चमकीली’ का किरदार निभा रही हैं। चमकीली एक ऐसी इंसान है, जो बाहर से मासूम और सलीकेदार दिखती है, लेकिन अंदर से बेहद चालाक, मैनिपुलेटिव और खतरनाक है।

इशिता कहती हैं, “‘चमकीली’ एक सिक्के की तरह है एक तरफ भोली और सीधी, तो दूसरी तरफ चालबाज और डरावनी। यह किरदार मेरे करियर का सबसे कठिन और डार्क रोल है। इस किरदार में खुद को ढालना मेरे लिए अनुभव से भरपूर है।”
अपने अभिनय सफर को याद करते हुए इशिता गांगुली बताती हैं, “मैं एक आर्टिस्ट परिवार से हूं। मां गज़ल गायिका हैं, भाई तबला बजाते हैं और भाभी भी गायिका हैं। घर में कला का माहौल था, लेकिन मैंने कभी नहीं सोचा था कि मैं एक्ट्रेस बनूंगी। माधुरी दीक्षित और रेखा जी को देखकर मुझमें पहली बार एक्टिंग का जुनून आया। इस इंडस्ट्री ने मुझे बहुत कुछ सिखाया है, जो है सब्र करना, हिम्मत रखना और रिजेक्शन को भी पूरे साहस के साथ अपनाना।”

नेगेटिव किरदारों को लेकर इशिता बताती हैं, “पहले भी निगेटिव रोल्स के ऑफर आए, लेकिन डर लगता था कि कहीं टाइपकास्ट न हो जाऊं। लेकिन चमकीली कुछ अलग है वो लोगों को असहज करती है, उकसाती है और उनकी सच्चाई को सबके सामने लाती है। यही इस किरदार की खूबसूरती है। अगर लोग तीखी प्रतिक्रिया दे रहे हैं, तो मैं समझ जाती हूं कि मैंने किरदार को पूरी ईमानदारी से निभाया है। जैसे रणवीर सिंह ने ‘पद्मावत’ फिल्म में खिलजी का किरदार निभाया वैसे ही कभी-कभी सबसे डार्क किरदार ही आपके करियर को सबसे रौशन बना सकते हैं।”

नए कलाकारों को सलाह देते हुए इशिता कहती हैं, “इस इंडस्ट्री में सिर्फ टैलेंट से कुछ नहीं होता। आपको उतार-चढ़ाव वाली स्थिति में भी खुद को स्थिर रखना आना चाहिए। तारीफ सुनना, चुप रहना, रिजेक्शन यह सब कुछ खुले दिल से स्वीकार करना आना चाहिए। तभी आप टिक पाएंगे और सही मायनों में आगे बढ़ पाएंगे।”

शो के करेंट ट्रैक में अब चमकीली को एक नई साथी तपस्या मिल गई हैं, जिस किरदार को अभिनेत्री मानसी शर्मा निभा रही हैं। दोनों मिलकर अब चैना को हवेली से बाहर करने और चमकीली को ठकुराईन बनाने की साजिश रच रही हैं। ऐसे में देखना होगा कि क्या उनका यह प्लान कामयाब होगा?
