गुमला में सिकल सेल एनीमिया जांच अभियान ने पकड़ी रफ्तार, 7.22 लाख लोगों की हो चुकी है स्क्रीनिंग

गुमला, 16 मई 2025 — झारखंड के गुमला जिले में सिकल सेल एनीमिया की पहचान और रोकथाम के लिए चल रहे व्यापक जांच अभियान के तहत अब तक 8.51 लाख लक्षित लोगों में से 7,22,419 लोगों की स्क्रीनिंग पूरी कर ली गई है। यह आंकड़ा 16 मई 2025 तक का है और जिला स्वास्थ्य विभाग के लिए एक महत्वपूर्ण उपलब्धि मानी जा रही है।

जांच में सामने आए अहम आंकड़े
स्वास्थ्य विभाग द्वारा साझा की गई रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, जांच किए गए लोगों में से 370 व्यक्तियों में सिकल सेल बीमारी की पुष्टि हुई है, जबकि 1,752 लोग सिकल सेल वाहक (ट्रेट) के रूप में चिन्हित किए गए हैं। इसके अलावा, 1,721 नमूने ऐसे पाए गए हैं जिनकी स्थिति स्पष्ट नहीं हो सकी और आगे की जांच की आवश्यकता है।

जागरूकता और जांच दोनों जरूरी
जिला प्रशासन और स्वास्थ्य विभाग ने आम जनता से अपील की है कि जिन लोगों की अब तक जांच नहीं हो पाई है, वे अपने नजदीकी स्वास्थ्य केंद्रों में जाकर नि:शुल्क जांच जरूर करवाएं। सिकल सेल एनीमिया एक अनुवांशिक रक्त विकार है, जिसकी समय रहते पहचान जीवन रक्षा में मददगार हो सकती है।

स्वास्थ्य विभाग का सतत प्रयास
अधिकारियों के अनुसार, जिले में जांच अभियान को घर-घर तक पहुंचाने की कोशिश की जा रही है और प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्रों, उपकेंद्रों और मोबाइल स्वास्थ्य इकाइयों के माध्यम से सेवा उपलब्ध कराई जा रही है। खासकर दूरस्थ और आदिवासी बहुल क्षेत्रों में स्वास्थ्य कर्मियों की तैनाती कर व्यापक जागरूकता फैलाई जा रही है।

गुमला जिला प्रशासन की यह पहल स्वास्थ्य सुरक्षा की दिशा में एक मजबूत कदम है। अगर आप या आपके परिवार के किसी सदस्य की अभी तक सिकल सेल की जांच नहीं हुई है, तो तुरंत नजदीकी स्वास्थ्य केंद्र जाकर यह जरूरी जांच अवश्य कराएं।
