गोमिया में अंतर्राष्ट्रीय महिला दिवस पर कार्यक्रम आयोजित, उत्कृष्ट कार्य करने वाली महिलाओं को किया गया सम्मानित

गोमिया: गोमिया प्रखंड मुख्यालय स्थित सभागार में अंतर्राष्ट्रीय महिला दिवस के अवसर पर एक गरिमामय कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया। कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत जिला परिषद अध्यक्ष सुनीता देवी, प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी महादेव कुमार महतो तथा अंचल अधिकारी आफताब आलम द्वारा संयुक्त रूप से दीप प्रज्वलित कर की गई। इसके बाद औपचारिक रूप से कार्यक्रम का शुभारंभ हुआ।
इस अवसर पर समाज के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में सराहनीय कार्य करने वाली महिलाओं को शॉल ओढ़ाकर एवं प्रशस्ति पत्र प्रदान कर सम्मानित किया गया। कार्यक्रम में प्रखंड प्रमुख, जनप्रतिनिधि, विभिन्न विभागों के पदाधिकारी, कर्मी तथा बड़ी संख्या में महिलाएं उपस्थित थीं।
कार्यक्रम को संबोधित करते हुए जिला परिषद अध्यक्ष सुनीता देवी ने कहा कि महिलाओं का सशक्तिकरण समाज के समग्र विकास के लिए अत्यंत आवश्यक है। आज महिलाएं शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य, प्रशासन और सामाजिक क्षेत्र सहित हर क्षेत्र में अपनी महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभा रही हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि महिलाओं को आत्मनिर्भर बनने और अपने अधिकारों के प्रति जागरूक रहने की आवश्यकता है।
वहीं प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी महादेव कुमार महतो ने कहा कि सरकार द्वारा महिलाओं के उत्थान और सशक्तिकरण के लिए कई कल्याणकारी योजनाएं संचालित की जा रही हैं। इन योजनाओं का लाभ लेकर महिलाएं आर्थिक रूप से सशक्त बन सकती हैं और समाज में अपनी अलग पहचान स्थापित कर सकती हैं।
अंचल अधिकारी आफताब आलम ने अपने संबोधन में कहा कि वर्तमान समय में महिलाएं हर क्षेत्र में अपनी प्रतिभा और क्षमता का परिचय दे रही हैं। उन्होंने महिलाओं को शिक्षा और आत्मनिर्भरता को प्राथमिकता देने तथा समाज में सकारात्मक बदलाव लाने में सक्रिय भूमिका निभाने का आह्वान किया।
कार्यक्रम के अंत में उपस्थित सभी लोगों ने महिलाओं के सम्मान, अधिकार और सशक्तिकरण को बढ़ावा देने के लिए मिलकर कार्य करने का संकल्प लिया।
