जिले के पंचायत स्तरीय पुस्तकालयों की संचालन व्यवस्थाओं को दुरुस्त करने के उद्देश्य से उपायुक्त कर रहें विभिन्न पंचायत स्तरीय पुस्तकालयों का औचक भ्रमण

आज सिलाफारी एवं पुग्गू स्थित पंचायत स्तरीय पुस्तकालय का उपायुक्त ने किया दौरा

गुमला : जिले के पंचायत स्तरीय पुस्तकालयों को सकारात्मक रूप से संचालित करने के उद्देश्य से उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी के द्वारा लगातार जिले के विभिन्न पंचायतों में निर्मित पुस्तकालय का दौरा किया जा रहा है एवं वहां के व्यवस्थाओं को दुरुस्त करने का कार्य किया जा रहा है।

इसी क्रम में आज उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी के क्षेत्र भ्रमण के क्रम में उन्होंने सिलाफारी स्थित पंचायत कार्यालय में बने पुस्तलय एवं पुग्गू स्थित पंचायत स्तरीय पुस्तकालय का निरीक्षण किया।

सिलाफ़ारी पंचायत स्तरीय पुस्तकालय संचालन हेतु तैयार है एवं हैंडओवर किया जाना है जिससे पूर्व की तैयारियों को देखने उपायुक्त पहुंचे, उन्होंने वहां के बैठने की व्यवस्था सहित अच्छी पुस्तकों को रखने सहित अन्य महत्वपूर्ण व्यवस्थाओं को बेहतर करने का निर्देश दिया। उन्होंने कहा की जिले के सभी पंचायत स्तरीय पुस्तकालय केवल पुस्तकालय नहीं बल्कि एल्डर्स क्लब भी है जहां जिले के बड़े बुजुर्ग भी अपने खाली समय में वहां आकर किताबों एवं अखबारों का अध्ययन कर सकते हैं। उपायुक्त ने पुस्तकालय संचालन समिति को एक्टिव करते हुए नियमित रूप से बैठक करने का निर्देश दिया एवं पुस्तकालय में अध्यन करने आने वालों को किसी प्रकार की समस्या न हो उसका खासा ध्यान रखने का निर्देश दिया। इस दौरान उन्होंने सिलाफारी पंचायत कार्यालय में बने सीएससी सेंटर का भी अवलोकन किया एवं वहां से दी जा रही सेवाओं के विषय में भी जानकारी ली।

उपायुक्त ने पुग्गू स्थित पंचायत स्तरीय पुस्तकालय का भी दौरा किया , उक्त पुस्तकालय का संचालन लगभग 6 माह पूर्व से प्रारंभ है एवं वहां के संचालन व्यवस्था का उपायुक्त ने अवलोकन किया। उन्होंने बच्चों एवं बुजुर्गों को नियमित रूप से पुस्तकालय आकार पुस्तकों का अध्ययन करने हेतु सभी को प्रेरित करने की बात कही। पुग्गू पंचायत स्तरीय पुस्तकालय के अवलोकन के पश्चात उपायुक्त ने पंचायत सभागार में बैठे श्रमिकों से भी मुलाकात की। वहां सभी साप्ताहिक श्रमिक दिवस मनाने के लिए इकट्ठे हुए थे। उपायुक्त ने सभी श्रमिकों के जॉब कार्ड एवं उन्हे मिल रहे सुविधाओं से जुड़ी जानकारी प्राप्त की। उन्होंने संबंधित अधिकारियों को वहां आए श्रमिकों के जॉब कार्ड की जांच करते हुए उन्हें कितने बार कार्य प्रदान किया गया एवं क्या उन्हें उनके द्वारा किए गए कार्यों के लिए उचित राशि उचित समय में प्रदान की गई है या नहीं इसका भी जांच करने का निर्देश दिया। इसके अतिरिक्त सभी उपस्थितों को सरकार के विभिन्न कल्याणकारी योजनाओं से भी उपायुक्त ने अवगत कराया।

मौके पर संबंधित प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी, अंचल अधिकारी , नगर परिषद कार्यपालक पदाधिकारी सहित संबंधित पंचायत के सचिव एवं प्रधान सहित अन्य संबंधित पदाधिकारी एवं कर्मी मौजूद रहें।
