साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत दिवस में आम नागरिकों को मिल रही है सहायता, त्वरित कारवाई एवं समस्या के निष्पादन को लेकर उपायुक्त के निर्देश पर लगातार की जा रही है कार्रवाई

आज के साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस में लगभग 50 से अधिक आवेदकों ने की उपायुक्त से मुलाकात

बसिया प्रखंड की दिव्यांग बेटी सरोज बरला को उनके रोजगार संवर्धन के लिए उपायुक्त के द्वारा तीन सिलाई मशीन का किया गया वितरण

गुमला: आज मंगलवार को उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी की अध्यक्षता में समाहरणालय स्थित सभागार में आयोजित साप्ताहित जन शिकायत दिवस में जिले के दूर दराज से लगभग 50 से अधिक आवेदकों ने आकर उपायुक्त से मुलाकात की। प्रत्येक सप्ताह मंगलवार को आयोजित पूर्वाह्न 11:00 बजे से प्रारंभ जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस में लगातार सैंकड़ों आवेदकों की समस्याओं का त्वरित समाधान किया जा रहा है।

दिव्यांग बेटी सरोज बरला को उनके रोजगार संवर्धन के लिए मिली सहायता

इसी क्रम में पिछले माह जन शिकायत दिवस में उपायुक्त से मिलने बसिया प्रखंड की दिव्यांग बेटी सरोज बरला ने अपने रोजगार संवर्धन के लिए उपायुक्त से सहायता की मांग की थी। उन्होंने सिलाई करने की ट्रेनिंग ली थी एवं वह स्वयं दिव्यांग होते हुए भी अन्य महिलाओं को रोजगार करने के लिए प्रेरित करती हैं एवं उन्हें भी सिलाई करना सिखाती है, सरोज की प्रतिभा एवं कुछ करने की इच्छा को देखते हुए आज मंगलवार को उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी के सहयोग से सरोज को 3 सिलाई मशीन टेबल के साथ प्रदान किया गया।

सरोज बरला कहती हैं कि उन्हें 1 माह में ही उपायुक्त से सहायता मिल गई जिसके लिए वे बेहद खुश है उन्होंने उपायुक्त द्वारा किए गए इस सहयोग के प्रति आभार प्रकट किया। सरोज कहती है कि वह इस मशीन से अपने संस्था को विस्तारित रूप देंगी एवं और भी महिलाओं को सिलाई करना सिखाएंगी एवं अपने साथ साथ अन्य महिलाओं को भी रोजगार करने हेतु प्रेरित करेंगी।

आज 50 से अधिक आवेदकों ने अपनी समस्याओं को रखा उपायुक्त के समक्ष..

गुमला के पालकोट रोड में रहने वाले विकास कुमार ने अपना आवेदन समर्पित करते हुए बताया कि उनकी हार्डवेयर की दुकान शॉर्ट सर्किट होने के कारण जल गई, जिसमें लगभग 6.5 लाख रुपए के संपत्ति का नुकसान हुआ, दुकान के जलने से उनके घर की आमदनी ठप हो गई है, जिसपर उन्होंने उपायुक्त से सहायता की मांग की।

उपायुक्त ने उक्त आवेदन को एसडीओ गुमला को अग्रसारित किया एवं त्वरित रूप से पूरे मामले की जांच एवं उन्हें नियमानुसार सहायता राशि देने हेतु सहयोग करने के निर्देश दिए।

इसी प्रकार से वन तालाब के समीप रहने वाली गायत्री देवी ने अपना आवेदन समर्पित करते हुए उनके घर के ऊपर से गुजरने वाले 1100v के तार को सुरक्षा के दृष्टिकोण से हटवाने की मांग की। घाघरा निवासी सुषमा कुमारी ने अपनी दिव्यांगता के विषय में उपायुक्त को जानकारी दी एवं उन्होंने बैटरी चालित रिक्शा की मांग की।

घाघेक निवासी दिव्यांग सुशील उरांव ने बताया कि वे वर्ष 2016 से मनरेगा विभाग में कंप्यूटर ऑपरेटर के पद पर कार्य कर रहें हैं। सुशील ने उपायुक्त से घाघरा प्रखंड में कंप्यूटर ऑपरेटर के पद पर स्थाई करने एवं लंबित बकाया मानदेय राशि के भुगतान कराने हेतु उपायुक्त से सहायता की मांग की। जिसपर उपायुक्त ने उन्हें आश्वस्त किया एवं निश्चित होकर जाने के लिए कहा।

इसके अलावा आज जनता दरबार में राशन, पेंशन, आवास योजना, निजी एवं सामाजिक मुद्दों को लिए आवेदकों ने उपायुक्त से मुल्कात की। एवं सभी की समस्याओं को ध्यानपूर्वक सुना एवं सभी विषयों पर अविलंब कार्रवाई करने हेतु अधिनस्तो को आवश्यक निर्देश दिए।

इस दौरान मुख्य रूप से सामाजिक सुरक्षा सहायक निदेशक ललन कुमार रजक सहित अन्य संबंधित कर्मी मौजूद रहें।
