गुमला शहरी क्षेत्र में वृहद पैमाने पर अतिक्रमण हटाने का अभियान

गुमला – आज 19 जून 2023 को पूर्वाह्न 11:00 बजे से अपराह्न 2:30 बजे तक गुमला नगर परिषद क्षेत्र में वृहद पैमाने पर अतिक्रमण हटाने का अभियान चलाया गया। नगर परिषद के कार्यपालक पदाधिकारी/प्रशासक दिलीप कुमार की अगुवाई में यह अभियान चलाया गया।

अभियान की शुरुआत पुग्गू पुल के पास से की गई और अंत नगर परिषद कार्यालय के पास हुआ। इस दौरान कई दुकानदारों से भारी जुर्माना वसूला गया। कुछ दुकानदारों ने जुर्माना देने से इनकार किया, जिसके बाद नगर परिषद की टीम ने कड़ा रुख अपनाते हुए उनके सामान जब्त कर लिए।

बिना ट्रेड लाइसेंस के दुकान संचालन पर कार्रवाई

पालकोट रोड स्थित आदित्य विजन नामक प्रतिष्ठान से ट्रेड लाइसेंस की मांग करने पर पता चला कि वे बिना लाइसेंस के दुकान चला रहे थे। इस पर नगर परिषद ने नाराजगी जताते हुए ₹5000 का जुर्माना लगाया। प्रतिष्ठान के प्रबंधक ने पहले आनाकानी की, लेकिन दुकान सील करने की कार्रवाई शुरू होते ही उन्होंने जुर्माना भर दिया।

अन्य अतिक्रमणों पर कार्रवाई

सड़क किनारे डंप की गई भवन निर्माण सामग्री के मालिकों से भी मोटी रकम जुर्माने के रूप में वसूली गई। कई लोगों ने नालियों पर ठोस निर्माण कर रखा था और दुकानदारों ने अपनी दुकान का सामान बाहर रखा हुआ था, जिससे दुर्घटनाओं की आशंका बनी रहती है। प्रशासक दिलीप कुमार ने सख्त चेतावनी दी कि दो दिनों के अंदर अवैध निर्माण और सामग्री हटाई जाए, अन्यथा नगर परिषद स्वयं कार्रवाई करेगी।

जुर्माना वसूली

अतिक्रमण हटाने के इस अभियान में कुल ₹26,700 जुर्माना वसूला गया।

प्रशासक की अपील

प्रशासक दिलीप कुमार ने पहले भी कई बार नागरिकों से अतिक्रमण नहीं करने, दुकान का सामान सीमित रखने, और डस्टबिन रखने की अपील की थी। उन्होंने पुनः अनुरोध किया कि शहरवासी अपने प्रतिष्ठान का ट्रेड लाइसेंस अवश्य लें, और नालियों पर अतिक्रमण न करें।

इस अभियान में प्रशासक दिलीप कुमार, नगर प्रबंधक हिमांशु कुमार मिश्र, सहायक अभियंता मनीष कुमार, कनीय अभियंता सुनील उरांव, रवि महतो, कर दरोगा, और नगर परिषद की टीम उपस्थित थी।
