उपायुक्त की अध्यक्षता में हुई जिला समन्वय समिति की बैठक, दिए आवश्यक निर्देश

गुमला: आज बुधवार को समाहरणालय सभागार में उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी की अध्यक्षता में जिला समन्वय समिति की बैठक आहूत की गई। बैठक में उप विकास आयुक्त, एसडीओ सदर, एसडीओ बसिया, अपर समाहर्ता, एसडीओ चैनपुर, परियोजना निदेशक आईटीडीए सहित सभी प्रखंडों के प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी, अंचल अधिकारी एवं विभागीय पदाधिकारी उपस्थित थे।

उपायुक्त ने क्रमवार सभी विभागों की योजनाओं की प्रगति की समीक्षा की और लक्ष्य के विरुद्ध उपलब्धियों की जानकारी ली। उन्होंने कहा कि सरकार की महत्वाकांक्षी योजनाओं का लाभ सभी योग्य लाभुकों तक ससमय पहुंचे इसे सुनिश्चित करें। उपायुक्त ने सभी विभागों के बीच आपसी समन्वय पर भी जोर दिया और सभी योजनाओं को सफल बनाने का निर्देश दिया। सभी बीडीओ और सीओ को पंचायतों को सशक्त और क्रियाशील बनाने के निर्देश दिए गए।

स्वास्थ्य विभाग की समीक्षा के दौरान उपायुक्त ने शत प्रतिशत लाभुकों के आयुष्मान कार्ड बनाने हेतु निर्देश दिया। उन्होंने स्वास्थ्य विभाग को अन्य विभागों के साथ समन्वय स्थापित करते हुए लक्ष्य प्राप्ति के लिए कार्य करने की बात कही। सभी सीएससी केंद्रों में युद्ध स्तर पर आयुष्मान कार्ड बनाने हेतु निर्देशित किया गया।

उपायुक्त ने गर्भवती महिलाओं के एएनसी चेकअप और संस्थागत डिलीवरी को शत प्रतिशत करने पर जोर दिया। उन्होंने महिलाओं को इमरजेंसी स्थिति में एंबुलेंस की सुविधा सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए। सभी प्रखंडों में ममता वाहनों को चिन्हित करने का भी निर्देश दिया गया। मुख्यमंत्री स्वास्थ्य सहायता योजना और गंभीर बीमारी योजना के तहत अधिक से अधिक लाभुकों को आच्छादित करने की बात कही गई।

उन्होंने आयुष्मान पखवाड़ा के बारे में जानकारी दी, जो 15 से 29 जून तक आयोजित किया जा रहा है। शत प्रतिशत योग्य लाभुकों का आयुष्मान कार्ड बनाने के लिए इस कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया है। सिकल सेल एनीमिया जांच के संबंध में जिले में 30 नवंबर तक शत प्रतिशत जांच पूरी करने का निर्देश दिया गया।

उपायुक्त ने सभी प्रखंडों और जिले के अधिकारियों को ग्रामीणों से मिलकर उनकी समस्याओं का समाधान करने का निर्देश दिया। उन्होंने कहा कि अधिकारी नियमित रूप से विभिन्न विभागों के शिविरों की मॉनिटरिंग करें और ग्रामीणों को योजनाओं की जानकारी दें।

जिला समाज कल्याण विभाग की समीक्षा में मातृ वंदना योजना का व्यापक प्रचार-प्रसार करने का निर्देश दिया गया। सावित्री बाई फुले किशोरी समृद्धि योजना के तहत शिक्षा विभाग को सभी छात्राओं की सूची और आवेदन समाज कल्याण विभाग को उपलब्ध कराने का निर्देश दिया ताकि सभी योग्य बच्चों को योजना का लाभ मिल सके। आंगनवाड़ी केंद्रों में बिजली, पानी और शौचालय की सुविधा सुनिश्चित करने पर भी जोर दिया गया।

कल्याण विभाग की समीक्षा के दौरान उपायुक्त ने निर्माणाधीन हॉस्पिटल, हॉस्टल और विद्यालयों की भौतिक स्थिति की समीक्षा की। उन्होंने छात्रवृत्ति योजनाओं से संबंधित समीक्षा की और शत प्रतिशत योग्य विद्यार्थियों को योजना का लाभ देने का निर्देश दिया। उन्होंने कहा कि योग्य विद्यार्थियों को योजना से वंचित पाए जाने पर संबंधित अधिकारियों और कर्मियों पर कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

उपायुक्त ने कहा कि सरकार की सभी महत्वाकांक्षी योजनाओं का लाभ सभी योग्य लाभुकों तक पहुंचे। आदिम जनजाति परिवारों को लक्षित कर सभी कल्याणकारी योजनाओं से आच्छादित किया जाए। प्रमुख योजनाओं का लाभ आंकड़ों में नहीं बल्कि धरातल पर दिखना चाहिए।

बैठक में शिक्षा, सामाजिक सुरक्षा, उद्यान, प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना, ग्रामीण अबुआ आवास योजना, मनरेगा, कृषि, पंचायती राज, ग्रामीण विकास, पीएचडी, योजना सहित 16 विभागों की योजनाओं की प्रगति की समीक्षा करते हुए सभी विभागीय पदाधिकारियों को तेजी लाने के निर्देश दिए गए।
