कैबिनेट से मिली जातीय सर्वेक्षण को मंजूरी, बढ़ेगा विधायकों का भत्ता, कुल 33 प्रस्तावों को मिली स्वीकृति

सीएम ने नशामुक्ति के लिए जागरूकता रथ को हरी झंडी दिखाकर झारखंड मंत्रालय से किया रवाना 

रांची : झारखंड के मुख्यमंत्री चंपाई सोरेन ने बुधवार को राज्य को नशामुक्त बनाने के लिए जागरूकता रथ को हरी झंडी दिखाकर झारखंड मंत्रालय से रवाना किया। मौके पर सीएम ने कहा कि राज्य को नशामुक्त बनाने के लिए सरकार प्रतिबद्ध है। अगली पीढ़ी को नशे से बचाना हमारी सामूहिक जिम्मेदारी है। सीएम ने कहा कि हम सबकी भागीदारी से ही नशे पर नियंत्रण हो पाएगा। इसे बढ़ावा देनेवालों को हर हाल में रोका जाए। हमें इसके दुष्प्रभावों के प्रति सभी को, विशेष कर युवाओं एवं छात्रों को जागरूक करना होगा।

कार्मिक विभाग के कार्य दायित्व में जाति सर्वेक्षण को भी जोड़ा जाने की पैरवी की गयी 

इधर, झारखंड कैबिनेट की बैठक में जातीय सर्वेक्षण और विधायकों का भत्ता बढ़ाने सहित कुल 33 प्रस्तावों को मिल गयी है। इसके साथ ही सूबे के सचेतकों व अधिकारियों के वेतन भत्ते में बढ़ोतरी कर दी गयी है। आज की कैबिनेट में टैक्स डिफॉल्टर वाहनों के वन टाइम सेटलमेंट के लिए पेनाल्टी माफी का भी प्रस्ताव भी स्वीकृत हो गया। राज्य में लगभग 4.83 लाख वाहन टैक्स डिफॉल्टरों की श्रेणी में है। इनपर कुल बकाया 2204 करोड़ रुपये से अधिक है। इसमें रोड टैक्स 763 करोड़ और पेनाल्टी की राशि 1436 करोड़ है। कैबिनेट को भेजे गये प्रस्ताव में कहा गया है कि अनुसूचित जनजाति, अनुसूचित जाति और अन्य पिछड़े वर्ग के सदस्य सदियों से वंचित, शोषित और हाशिये पर जीवन यापन को विवश हैं। राज्य सरकार आनुपातिक समानता में तेजी लाने के उद्देश्य से जाति सर्वेक्षण करायेगी। इसके लिए झारखंड कार्यपालिका नियमावली में बदलाव करते हुए कार्मिक विभाग के कार्य दायित्व में जाति सर्वेक्षण को भी जोड़ा जाने की पैरवी की गयी है।
