“सर्वोदय पोर्टल” प्रगति की समीक्षा के लिए उपायुक्त गुमला की बैठक

गुमला : उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी की अध्यक्षता में “सर्वोदय पोर्टल” की प्रगति से संबंधित एक समीक्षात्मक बैठक गुमला जिला मुख्यालय स्थित उपायुक्त के कार्यकाल कक्ष में आयोजित की गई। इस बैठक में जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस और क्षेत्र भ्रमण के दौरान प्राप्त जन शिकायतों और आवेदनों की विभागवार प्रगति की समीक्षा की गई। इन शिकायतों और आवेदनों को सर्वोदय पोर्टल पर अपलोड किया गया है।

उपायुक्त ने बताया कि सर्वोदय पोर्टल पर अब तक 1013 शिकायतें अपलोड की गई हैं और उन्हें संबंधित विभागों को समाधान के लिए भेजा गया है। उन्होंने सभी अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया कि वे इन शिकायतों को गंभीरता से लें और जल्द से जल्द आवेदकों की समस्याओं का समाधान करें। उपायुक्त ने कहा कि ऑनलाइन आवेदन अपलोड करने का मुख्य उद्देश्य यह है कि आवेदनों की प्रगति को नियमित रूप से मॉनिटर किया जा सके और आवेदकों को बार-बार कार्यालय का चक्कर न लगाना पड़े।

उपायुक्त ने अधिकारियों को कड़े निर्देश देते हुए कहा कि जिन योजनाओं से लाभुकों को आसानी से लाभान्वित किया जा सकता है, उनके लिए बार-बार लाभुकों को कार्यालय न बुलाएं और न ही उन्हें पथभ्रष्ट करें। यदि ऐसी कोई सूचना मिलती है तो संबंधित अधिकारी और कर्मी पर कार्रवाई की जाएगी। उपायुक्त ने यह भी बताया कि शिकायतों के स्टेटस को पोर्टल पर कैसे अपडेट किया जाए, इस संबंध में अधिकारियों को जानकारी दी गई।

बैठक में उपायुक्त ने कहा कि अगली बार से विभागवार विस्तृत बैठक की जाएगी और प्रत्येक बैठक में कम से कम 200 से 250 शिकायतों का निवारण करने का लक्ष्य निर्धारित किया जाएगा। उन्होंने सभी अधिकारियों से तैयारी करने का आग्रह किया।

इस बैठक में मुख्य रूप से सिविल सर्जन, जिला कल्याण पदाधिकारी, जिला समाज कल्याण पदाधिकारी, एलडीएम गुमला, संबंधित विभागों के कार्यपालक अभियंता/सहायक अभियंता, आपूर्ति पदाधिकारी, जिला श्रम अधीक्षक, जिला खेल पदाधिकारी सहित अन्य संबंधित पदाधिकारी और कर्मी उपस्थित थे।
