गुमला : घाघरा प्रखंड कार्यालय, सीएचसी, और अन्य सरकारी व गैर सरकारी शिक्षण संस्थानों में शुक्रवार को सुबह 8:00 बजे अंतरराष्ट्रीय योग दिवस पर कार्यक्रमों का आयोजन किया गया।
इस अवसर पर घाघरा प्रखंड कार्यालय परिसर, सीएचसी, विवेकानंद ज्ञान भारती स्कूल, चिल्ड्रन एकेडमी स्कूल रन्हे, सॉलिटेयर एकेडमी स्कूल मकरा, मोंटेसरी पैराडाइज एकेडमी जग बगीचा घाघरा सहित कई अन्य संस्थानों में योगासन सत्र का आयोजन हुआ। इसमें सूर्य नमस्कार, अनुलोम विलोम, कपालभाति, सिंहासन, और व्रजासन सहित कई योगासन करवाए गए।
बीडीओ दिनेश कुमार ने कार्यक्रम के दौरान कहा कि योग करने से लोग निरोग रहते हैं और हमें इसे अपनी दैनिक दिनचर्या में शामिल करना चाहिए। योग तन और मन को स्वस्थ रखता है और कई बीमारियों से बचाता है।
इस कार्यक्रम में बीडीओ दिनेश कुमार, चिकित्सा प्रभारी अरविंद कुशल एक्का, डॉक्टर अनिल कुमार, भाजयुमो अध्यक्ष आशीष कुमार सोनी, प्रधानाध्यापक चंद्रकांत पाठक, भवानी प्रसाद राय, विजय कुमार साहू, संजय भगत, और तरुण कुमार सहित कई लोग उपस्थित थे।
