बिहार का ईटा भट्ठा मालिक द्वारा भरनो के 17 मजदूरों को लाखों रुपए मजदूरी नहीं देने से मजदूर परेशान ।

गुमला – गुमला जिला अंतर्गत स्थित भरनो प्रखंड के अंबुवा गांव के 17 मजदूरों से ईट भट्ठा मालिक सिंकदर राय -शिवम ईट भट्ठा मालिक ने मजदूरों का 2,35,086₹ मजदुरी भुगतान नहीं देने का मामला प्रकाश में आया है। उक्त मजदुरों ने अपने मजदूरी करने के लिए लिखित आवेदन दे कर अपनी अपनी मजदुरी भुगतान कराने के लिए गुहार लगाया है।
मजदूरों ने अपने आवेदन में कहा कि हमें 2022 में बिना हिसाब किताब किए मालिक ने घर भेज दिया तथा उसने कहा कि हम आप लोगों का हिसाब किताब करके जो भी आप लोगों का मजदुरी भुगतान निकलेगा खाता में डाल देंगे। लेकिन तब से लेकर अब तक ईट भट्ठा के मालिक ने सिर्फ टलावा देने का काम किया है।

अब तो हम सभी मजदूरों का फोन भी उठाना बंद कर दिया है और अगर उठाता है तो वही बात कहता है कि दो दिन या चार दिन में डाल देंगे भुगतान लेकिन अब तक नहीं डाला है। जिसे हम सभी मजदूर काफी परेशान है, उन्होंने अपने मजदूरी भुगतान दिलाने की गुहार लगा रहे हैं , फिर भी उक्त शिवम ईट भट्ठा मालिक जो हरदेव पट्टी गांव थाना सिवाय पट्टी जिला मुजफ्फरपुर (बिहार) के फोन पर बात चीत करने के लिए फोन किया गया , तो मालिक सिकंदर राय ने फोन पर बात चीत के दौरान एक साप्ताह के अंदर सभी मजदूरों का मजदुरी भुगतान करने की बात कहा है।

अगर एक साप्ताह में सभी 17 मजदूरों का मजदुरी भुगतान ईठ भट्ठा मालिक द्वारा नहीं किया गया तो , इस मामले को हम मजदूर गुमला श्रम अधिक्षक और गुमला उपायुक्त को आवेदन दे कर सभी मजदूरों का मजदुरी भुगतान कराने की मांग करेंगे।

1-बुधेशवर उरांव -12,900₹ 2-जगेशवर उरांव -5076₹ 3-कैलाश उरांव पत्नी 4-पदेशिया उरांव-दोनों का मिला कर 88,000₹, 5-बिमल उरांव -10000₹, 6-देवपाल उरांव -20,300₹, -लक्ष्मण उरांव -7000₹ , अमित उरांव -5000₹,सुखेशवर उरांव -7600₹,बिरसा मुंडा -14000₹, सुभाष उरांव- 13,700₹,पुने उरांव- 22,250₹,बहुरा उरांव- 18,110₹,रबि उरांव -18,600₹,तथा सत्यनारायण उरांव- 11,150₹, जगेश्वर उरांव 18,250₹ -सुनीता उरांव -18,250₹ है जिनका मजदुरी भुगतान अब तक ईठ भट्ठा मालिक सिंकदर राय -शिवम ईट भट्ठा मालिक बिहार के मुजफ्फरपुर जिला के रहने वाले हैं नहीं दिए हैं।
