Following his yearly check-up, veteran actor-turned-politician Shatrughan Sinha was released from Mumbai’s Kokilaben Ambani Hospital. A few days after his daughter Sonakshi Sinha’s marriage to Zaheer Iqbal, Sinha was admitted to the hospital.
Pahlaj Nihalani, a close family friend of Sinha, told a well known platform that he has returned from the hospital. Shatru has indeed come home from the hospital. I’m ecstatic,” Nihalani exclaimed. Sinha was carried home from the hospital by his wife Poonam and sons Kussh and Luv. Sonakshi Sinha, the daughter of Sinha, is presently on a romantic vacation with Zaheer. There are rumours circulating that Sonakshi’s brother Luv is not pleased with her marriage to Zaheer, and that things are not going well between them.
After being hospitalised last week, Sinha finally addressed the speculations circulating about his health. Reports that Sinha had had surgery and fallen off a sofa were refuted.
“Arrey bhai, mujhe surgery hui aur mujhe khud nahin maloom (If I had surgery, wouldn’t I know?)” he stated in an interview. When questioned, Sinha stated that he was admitted to the hospital “just for a routine annual full-body checkup.” I advise anyone over 60 to read it. For the past three months, I have been travelling constantly as part of my election campaign. then immediately following my daughter’s marriage. I’ve changed from being that passionate, motivated young man who could work three shifts a day and still have energy to go out and party all night. I must take it more slowly.
