मूकबधिर नाबालिग युवती से सामूहिक दुष्कर्म: दो आरोपियों को 20 साल की सजा

गुमला – गुमला व्यवहार न्यायालय के एडीजे चार संजीव भाटिया की अदालत ने मूकबधिर नाबालिग युवती के साथ सामूहिक दुष्कर्म के दो आरोपियों को सजा सुनाई है। लोहरदगा जिला के सेन्हा थाना क्षेत्र अंतर्गत चरहु गांव निवासी अरबाज खान और सुरसांग थाना क्षेत्र के महुवाटोली गांव निवासी वाहिद शाह को धारा 375 डी के तहत 20 साल की कठोर सजा दी गई है। इसके साथ ही 20-20 हजार रुपये का जुर्माना भी लगाया गया है। जुर्माना नहीं देने पर दोनों को तीन-तीन महीने की अतिरिक्त कारावास की सजा भुगतनी होगी।

घटना का विवरण

यह मामला 24 मई 2022 का है। युवती अपने चाचा के घर पर रहती थी और घटना के दिन वह वापस लौट रही थी। तभी दोनों आरोपी उसे एक पुलिया के समीप से खींच कर जंगल में ले गए और सामूहिक दुष्कर्म किया। जंगल में एक बराती वाहन के लोग जब शौच करने के लिए रुके, तब उन्होंने घटना को देखा और शोर मचाया, जिससे आरोपी वहां से भाग निकले।

पुलिस कार्रवाई और गिरफ्तारी

घटना की जानकारी युवती के चाचा को दी गई, जिन्होंने मौके पर पहुंचकर पीड़िता को घर ले गए। घर पहुंचने के बाद, पीड़िता ने अपनी दादी को इशारों में घटना की जानकारी दी। इसके बाद चाचा के बयान पर पुलिस ने प्राथमिकी दर्ज की और अनुसंधान के दौरान दोनों आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार कर जेल भेज दिया।

अदालती कार्यवाही और सजा

अदालत ने मामले की गंभीरता को देखते हुए दोनों आरोपियों को कठोर सजा सुनाई। अभियुक्तों को 20-20 साल की सजा और 20-20 हजार रुपये का जुर्माना लगाया गया। जुर्माना नहीं भरने पर तीन-तीन महीने की अतिरिक्त सजा का प्रावधान किया गया है।

यह घटना समाज के लिए एक कड़ी चेतावनी है कि न्याय प्रणाली अपराधियों को सख्त सजा देकर पीड़ितों को न्याय दिलाने का काम करती है। अदालत ने इस मामले में आरोपियों को कड़ी सजा देकर यह संदेश दिया है कि अपराधियों को किसी भी सूरत में बख्शा नहीं जाएगा।
