जनसंख्या नियंत्रण पर जोर

गुमला – गुमला जिला के घाघरा सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र परिसर में गुरुवार को विश्व जनसंख्या दिवस पर विशेष कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया। इस कार्यक्रम का शुभारंभ चिकित्सा प्रभारी डॉ. अरविंद कुशल एक्का ने फीता काटकर किया।

जनसंख्या रोकथाम के उपाय

कार्यक्रम में बढ़ती जनसंख्या के रोकथाम के उपायों पर जानकारी दी गई। उपस्थित ग्रामीणों को पुरुष नसबंदी और महिला बंध्याकरण के बारे में बताया गया। जनसंख्या रोकथाम के लिए दी जाने वाली दवाएं माला डी, माला एन, कॉपर टी, और निरोध की जानकारी देते हुए इनका वितरण भी किया गया।

जनसंख्या वृद्धि की समस्याएं

चिकित्सा प्रभारी डॉ. अरविंद कुशल एक्का ने कहा कि बढ़ती जनसंख्या के कारण कई समस्याएं उत्पन्न होती हैं। इसलिए, जनसंख्या को रोकने की जरूरत है और इसमें सभी का सहयोग आवश्यक है। यह कार्यक्रम आगामी 15 अगस्त तक चलेगा और विभिन्न स्थानों पर प्रचार-प्रसार के माध्यम से लोगों को जागरूक किया जाएगा।

मौके पर डॉक्टर सुनील प्रसाद, बीपीएम ज्ञानरंजन, साल्टी रानी गुप्ता, नुसरत हुसैन, लक्ष्मण गोप, बबीता देवी, सीमा देवी सहित कई स्वास्थ्य सहिया और ग्रामीण उपस्थित थे।
