जिलास्तरीय परामर्शदात्री समिति (डीएलसीसी) व जिला स्तरीय समीक्षात्मक समिति (डीएलआरसी) की हुई बैठक, उपायुक्त ने दिए कई निर्देश

गुमला – गुमला उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी की अध्यक्षता में आज शुक्रवार को समाहरणालय सभागार में जिलास्तरीय परामर्शदात्री समिति (डीएलसीसी) व जिला स्तरीय समीक्षात्मक समिति (डीएलआरसी) की बैठक हुई। बैठक में उपायुक्त ने बैंकवार हुए कार्यों की समीक्षा कर लक्ष्य के अनरूप कार्य करने का निर्देश दिया। इस दौरान जिले के सभी बैंक प्रबंधकों को संबोधित करते हुए उपायुक्त ने कहा कि केंद्र एवं राज्य सरकार द्वारा संचालित योजनाओं के सफल क्रियान्वयन में बैंक की भूमिका काफी महत्वपूर्ण है।

इस दौरान पीएमएफएमई योजना के स्टेकहोल्डर कमेटी के साथ बैठक में उपायुक्त द्वारा PMFME योजना के लक्ष्य प्राप्ति हेतु विभागवार आवेदन सृजन हेतु लक्ष्य दिया गया। जिला उद्योग केंद्र को 48, जिला कृषि विभाग को 50, जिला पशुपालन को 10, जिला उद्यान को 20, जेएसएलपीएस को 30, सहकारिता विभाग को 20 आवेदन का लक्ष्य दिया गया। वहीं कृषि विभाग,जेएसएलपीएस, नाबार्ड द्वारा बनाए गए फार्मर प्रोड्यूसर कंपनी जो जीरा फूल चावल, तेल उत्पादन, फूड प्रोसेसिंग के क्षेत्र में काम कर रहे हैं उन्हें भी पीएमएफएमई योजना से लिंक करने का निर्देश दिया गया|

इस दौरान जिला उद्यमी समन्वयक द्वारा जानकारी दी गई कि 10 जुलाई से लेकर 10 अगस्त विशेष कैंप चलाए जाएंगे। जिसमें फूड प्रोसेसिंग यूनिट लगाने के लिए किसान /उत्पादक समूह / फार्मर प्रोड्यूसर ग्रुप/ बेरोजगार युवक युवती से प्रखंड कार्यालय कैंप में जाकर भर पाएंगे आवेदन।

उपायुक्त द्वारा रागी मिशन को आगे बढ़ाने पर विशेष ध्यान देने का निर्देश जेएसएलपीएस डीपीएम को दिया गया। साथ ही सभी दीदी को भी प्रोत्साहित करने को कहा गया। उपायुक्त ने एसएचजी की महिला समूहों को भी शसक्त करने की बात कही उन्होंने कहा कि एसएचजी की महिलाओं को उनके स्वरोजगार में बैंकर्स सहयोग करें एवं जेएसएलपीएस समन्वय स्थापित करें। उपायुक्त ने कहा कि ऐसे व्यक्ति जो स्वरोजगार कर रहें हैं उन्हें आगे बढ़ने के लिए सभी संबंधित विभाग सहयोग प्रदान करें।

उपायुक्त ने ली योजना की जानकारी

एलडीएम द्वारा आगे की जानकारी देते हुए बताया गया की सभी बैकर्स को आवेदन को स्वीकृति देने को कहा गया है।
इसके अलावा आरबीआई द्वारा सब्जी मंडी, टैक्सी चालकों जैसे सार्वजनिक परिवहन बुनियादी ढाँचों को डिजिटल रूप से विकसित करने के लिए अभियान चलाया जा रहा है पर विशेष चर्चा की गई।

लक्ष्य के अनुरूप किसानों को केसीसी का लाभ देने का निर्देश.

किसान क्रेडिट कार्ड की समीक्षा में उपायुक्त ने लक्ष्य के अनुरूप किसानों को केसीसी का लाभ देने का निर्देश दिया। उन्होंने जिला कृषि पदाधिकारी को एलडीएम के साथ समन्वय स्थापित करते हुए लाभुकों को केसीसी ऋण उपलब्ध कराने की बात कही। उन्होंने लंबित पड़े आवेदनों का डिस्बर्शमेंट करने हेतु कृषि विभाग को अपने टीम को नियमित रूप से बैंक से समन्वय स्थापित करने का निर्देश दिया गया। साथ ही जिला कृषि पदाधिकारी को रागी का बचे हुए बीज को वितरण करने को कहा गया।

बैठक में मुख्य रूप से उप विकास आयुक्त, एलडीएम गुमला, जीएम डीआईसी, जिला कृषि पदाधिकारी, जिला पशुपालन पदाधिकारी, जिला उद्यमी समन्वयक, लघु कुटीर,जिले के विभिन्न बैंकों के शाखा प्रबंधक उपस्थित थे।
