लूट कांड के तीन अभियुक्त गिरफ्तार, गुमला जेल भेजे गए

आरोपियों की गिरफ्तारी और न्यायालय में पेशी

गुमला – गुमला सदर थाना क्षेत्र स्थित शिव मंदिर चेटर गांव के निवासी मुकेश कुमार गुप्ता से 60 हजार रुपये नगद और दो मोबाइल सेट लूट कांड में संलिप्त तीन आरोपियों को पुलिस ने गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। इन्हें गुमला न्यायालय में प्रस्तुत कर गुमला जेल भेज दिया गया है।

लूट की घटना का विवरण

गुमला – चेटर गांव (शिव मंदिर) के निवासी 45 वर्षीय मुकेश कुमार गुप्ता (पिता – रामजी प्रसाद) ने रायडीह थाना में एक लिखित आवेदन देकर बताया था कि अज्ञात अपराधियों ने उससे 60 हजार रुपये नगद और दो मोबाइल सेट लूट लिए हैं। इस घटना के संबंध में रायडीह थाना में मामला दर्ज किया गया था।

पुलिस की कार्रवाई

रायडीह थाना कांड संख्या 31/2024, दिनांक 27-06-2024 को भारतीय दंड संहिता की धारा 392 के तहत मामला दर्ज किया गया। गुमला पुलिस अधीक्षक शंभू कुमार सिंह के आदेश पर अनुमंडल पुलिस पदाधिकारी चैनपुर के नेतृत्व में एक छापामारी दल का गठन किया गया। इस टीम में चैनपुर अंचल के पुलिस निरीक्षक, रायडीह थाना प्रभारी कुंदन कुमार सिंह, विजय कुमार साय, मुकेश प्रसाद टुडू, विनय कुमार राम और रायडीह थाना के सशस्त्र बल के जवान शामिल थे।

अभियुक्तों की पहचान और बरामदगी

दिनांक 12-07-2024 को प्रातः 4:00 बजे गुप्त सूचना के आधार पर जारी थाना क्षेत्र के पांची गांव से अभियुक्त महेंद्र पन्ना उर्फ कांडा (पिता – मारियानुस पन्ना) को गिरफ्तार किया गया। उसके निशानदेही पर लूट के दो मोबाइल बरामद किए गए। इसके बाद, करम टोली सरहुल नगर से आरोपी रॉबिंसन भगत उर्फ तूफानी बाबा के घर से एक देसी कट्टा, 04 गोली और लूट में प्रयुक्त पल्सर मोटरसाइकिल बरामद की गई। जमगई करम टोली गांव से 23 वर्षीय वीरेंद्र खड़िया (पिता – जातरू खड़िया) के घर से लूट के ₹10,000 नगद बरामद किए गए।

न्यायालय और मीडिया के समक्ष पेशी

तीनों आरोपियों ने अपने-अपने अपराध स्वीकार कर लिया है। पूछताछ के बाद इन्हें विधिवत गिरफ्तार कर न्यायालय एवं मीडिया के समक्ष प्रस्तुत किया गया और गुमला जेल भेज दिया गया। इसके अलावा, अन्य संलिप्त आरोपियों की गिरफ्तारी के लिए पुलिस जगह-जगह छापामारी कर रही है।
