गर्वनर के बेटे के रुतबे का नशा देखिए…पिक करने के लिए लग्जरी गाड़ी नहीं भेजने पर ड्यूटी पर तैनात अधिकारी को पीटा, मामला दर्ज

रांची/भुवनेश्वर : रुतबे का नशा जब सवार होता है तो लोग हद से गुजर जाते हैं. एक ऐसा ही मामला ओडिशा के राज्यपाल रघुवर दास के बेटे ललित दास ने अंजाम दिया है. पुरी रेलवे स्टेशन से ओडिशा के राज्यपाल रघुवर दास के बेटे ललित दास को पिक करने के लिए लग्जरी गाड़ी नहीं भेजने पर ड्यूटी पर तैनात अधिकारी बैकुंठनाथ प्रधान को मारा-पीटा गया. इस मामले में बैकुंठनाथ प्रधान ने 8 जुलाई को प्रमुख सचिव से लेकर राज्यपाल तक लिखित शिकायत दर्ज कराई। यह घटना 7 जुलाई की देर रात की बतायी जाती है. बैकुंठनाथ प्रधान का आरोप है कि ललित ने ड्यूटी के दौरान उन पर हमला किया। ललित पर आरोप है कि उसने अपने कुछ साथियों के साथ मिलकर देर रात ओडिशा सचिवालय सेवा में ड्यूटी पर तैनात अधिकारी बैकुंठनाथ प्रधान के साथ मारपीट की। गवर्नर के बेटे ने कथित तौर पर अधिकारी से जूते चाटने को भी कहा।

प्रधान राजभवन के हाउसहोल्ड सेक्शन में असिस्टेंट सेक्शन ऑफिसर हैं

मिली जानकारी के मुताबिक, ये सब इसलिए किया गया क्योंकि पीड़ित अधिकारी
अधिकारी बैकुंठ प्रधान राजभवन के हाउसहोल्ड सेक्शन में असिस्टेंट सेक्शन ऑफिसर ASO के तौर पर काम करते हैं। बैकुंठ, राष्ट्रपति द्रौपदी मुर्मू की यात्रा की तैयारी की निगरानी के लिए पुरी में तैनात थे। रात पौने 12 बजे राज्यपाल के पर्सनल कुक ने उनसे कहा कि गवर्नर के बेटे ललित कुमार उनसे तुरंत मिलना चाहते हैं। आरोप है कि बैकुंठ के पहुंचते ही ललित ने उन्हें डांटना शुरू कर दिया और आपत्तिजनक शब्दों का इस्तेमाल किया। जब बैकुंठ ने इसका विरोध किया तो उन्हें थप्पड़ मारे गए। आरोप है कि ललित कुमार और पांच अन्य लोगों ने उन्हें पुरी के राजभवन परिसर में थप्पड़, मुक्का और लातें मारी।  ललित कुमार, बैकुंठ से इस बात से नाराज थे कि उन्होंने पुरी रेलवे स्टेशन पर उन्हें रिसीव करने के लिए दो लग्जरी गाड़ियां नहीं भेजीं। प्रधान की शिकायत के अनुसार, मारपीट के बीच उन्होंने भागने की भी कोशिश की और एक एनेक्सी रूम में शरण मांगी, लेकिन कुमार के निजी सुरक्षा अधिकारी उन्हें जबरन वापस ले आए।

मामला राष्ट्रीय मानवाधिकार आयोग तक पहुंचा

प्रधान का दावा है कि हमले के दौरान कुमार ने धमकी देते हुए कहा कि अगर तुम यहां मारे भी जाओगे तो भी तुम्हें कोई नहीं बचा सकता. इस घटना के बाद बैकुंठनाथ प्रधान ने भी दोषियों के खिलाफ कड़ी कार्रवाई की मांग करते हुए पुलिस में शिकायत दर्ज कराई है। उधर, ओडिशा सचिवालय सेवा संघ की ओर से इस मामले को लेकर बैठक की गई है। ललित कुमार को प्रताड़ित करने का मामला राष्ट्रीय मानवाधिकार आयोग तक पहुंच गया है. सूचना अधिकार कार्यकर्ता जयंत कुमार दास ने ओडिशा सचिवालय सेवा के ड्यूटी ऑफिसर बैकुंठनाथ प्रधान पर हमले के संबंध में एनएचआरसी में मामला दर्ज कराया है। हालांकि अभी तक राजभवन की ओर से इस घटना की साफगोई पेश नहीं की गई और न ही ललित दास की ओर इसका खंडन किया गया है.
