गुमला – गुमला जिला अंतर्गत स्थित बसिया प्रखंड क्षेत्र के एक गांव निवासी 16 वर्षीय नाबालिग किशोर , जो तोरपा ग्राम के एक स्कूल में वर्ग 9 वीं का छात्र हैं , और वह दो दिन पूर्व अपने घर आया था और अपने मां ( जो दिल्ली में रहकर कार्य करती है ) के द्वारा अपने स्कूल का फीस जमा करने के लिए पैसा मथ नहीं देने और मां से हुऐ , तू – तू , मैं – मैं, होने के बाद अपने घर में रखें,धान में डालने वाले कीटनाशक पदार्थ का सेवन कर लिया , यह देख परिजनों ने उसे आनन-फानन में इलाज के लिये बसिया रेफर अस्पताल ले जाया गया जहां डॉक्टर ने प्राथमिक उपचार के बाद बेहतर इलाज के लिये गुमला सदर अस्पताल रेफर किया गया, जहां डॉक्टरों के देखरेख में उक्त नाबालिग किशोर का इलाज चल रहा हैं।
