जिले में दिनांक 25 जुलाई को मध्याह्न 12 बजे से 1 बजे तक चलाया जाएगा विशेष हैश टैग अभियान #NaamJancho। उक्त से संबंधित जानकारी देने हेतु उपायुक्त ने राजनैतिक दलों के प्रतिनिधियों के साथ की बैठक

गुमला – राज्य में द्वितीय विशेष संक्षिप्त पुनरीक्षण कार्यक्रम 2024 के निमित दिनांक 25.07.2024 को मतदाता सूची के प्रारूप प्रकाशन कार्यक्रम निर्धारित है।

दिनांक 25.07.2024 को विभागीय निदेशानुसार सम्पूर्ण राज्य में #NaamJancho अभियान मध्याह्न 12:00 बजे से 01:00 बजे तक की जायेगी।

उक्त अभियान से संबंधित जानकारी देने एवं जिले में SSR -2 के संबंध में जानकारी देने के उद्देश्य से आज शनिवार को उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी की अध्यक्षता जिले के विभिन्न मान्यता प्राप्त पॉलिटिकल पार्टी के प्रतिनिधियों के साथ बैठक का आयोजन किया गया। इस दौरान उपायुक्त ने पॉलिटिकल पार्टी के सदस्यों से मतदाता सूची पुनरीक्षण के संबंध में आवश्यक सुझाव भी प्राप्त किए।

उपायुक्त ने कहा कि विगत लोकसभा आम चुनाव 2024 में कहीं कहीं से ऐसे मामले प्रकाश में आये है कि कोई मतदाता अपना मतदाता फोटो पहचान पत्र (EPIC) लेकर मतदान केन्द्र मतदान करने जाता है, परंतु मतदाता सूची में संबंधित मतदाता का नाम निबंधित नहीं होने के कारण वह मतदान करने से वंचित रह जाता है। आगामी विधानसभा आम चुनाव 2024 में ऐसी एक भी घटना घटित ना हो. इसके लिए मतदाताओं को जागरूक करने हेतु सोशल मिडिया के माध्यम से #Naamlancho अभियान का प्रारंभ सम्पूर्ण राज्य में सभी मतदान केन्द्रों पर दिनांक 25.07.2024 को मध्याह्न 12.00 बजे से 01.00 बजे तक किया जायेगा।

उक्त अभियान के सफल आयोजन को लेकर उपायुक्त ने गुमला जिला के प्रत्येक मतदाता से यह अपील की है कि वे अपना नाम मतदान केन्द्र में जाकर प्ररूप प्रकाशित मतदाता सूची से अथवा ऑनलाईन Voter Helpline App या मुख्य निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी, झारखण्ड का वेबसाईट https://ceo.jharkhand.gov.in या Voter Service Portal (https://voters.eci.gov.in) के माध्मय से जाँच कर सतुष्ट हो लें कि उनका नाम संबंधित मतदान केन्द्र की मतदाता सूची में दर्ज है। यदि नाम जांच लिया है तो वे सोशल मिडिया पर इस आशय का पोस्ट #NaamJancho के साथ करें ताकि अन्य लोग भी इससे प्रेरित हो।

यदि उनका नाम मतदाता सूची में दर्ज नही है अथवा कोई अन्य त्रुटि है तो नाम पंजीकरण करने एवं सुधार आदि हेतु आवेदन समर्पित करने की जानकारी देते हुए उन्हें प्रेरित किया जाए। इस कार्य के सफल संचालन हेतु उपायुक्त ने जिले के पॉलिटिकल पार्टी के सदस्यों से सहयोग की मांग की साथ ही उन्होंने कहा कि पॉलिटिकल पार्टी के सदस्य जिला प्रशासन के ही अंग है, इस कार्य के सफल संचालन हेतु पॉलिटिकल पार्टी भी अपने स्तर से यह सुनिश्चित करें कि किसी भी व्यक्ति का नाम मतदाता सूची में ना छूटे।

इसके साथ ही उपायुक्त ने कहा कि प्ररूप प्रकाशित मतदाता सूची की प्रति संबंधित मतदान केन्द्रको बी०ए०ओ० तथा सहायक निर्वाचक निबंधन पदाधिकारी / निर्वाचक निबंधन पदाधिकारी कार्यालय में उपलब्ध रहती है। जिसकी कॉपी पॉलिटिकल पार्टी के सदस्यों को भी उपलब्ध करा दी जाएगी।

दिनांक 25.07.2024 को तभी मतदान केन्द्रों पर प्ररूप प्रकाशित मतदाता सूची की प्रति एवं प्रपत्र 6. 7 एवं 8 के साथ बी०एल०ओ० उपस्थित रहेंगे एवं नागरिकों को उक्त अभियान के बारे में जानकारी देंगे तथा आवश्यकता पड़ने पर मतदाता सूची में पंजीकरण आदि हेतु आम नागरिकों से भरा हुआ प्रपत्र प्राप्त करेंगे। साथ ही सभी नागरिकों को वोटर हेल्पलाईन ऐप्प के बारे में जानकारी देते हुए उक्त ऐप्प को डाउनलोड करने हेतु उन्हें प्रेरित करते हुए अपेक्षित सहयोग प्रदान करेंगे।

आगे उन्होंने बताया कि निर्वाचक निबंधन पदाधिकारी एवं सहायक निर्वाचक निबंधन पदाधिकारी दिनाक 25.04.2024 को उक्त अभियान के प्रारंभ होने पर मतदान केन्द्रों पर जाकर औचक निरीक्षण करेंगे।

इस दौरान उपायुक्त द्वारा सभी राजनीतिक दलों से भी उक्त अभियान के सफल संचालन में अपेक्षित सहयोग प्रदान करने का अनुरोध किया गया।

इस दौरान बैठक में मुख्य रूप से जिला निबंधन पदाधिकारी 68-गुमला ( ST) राजीव नीरज, जिला उप निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी सुषमा लकड़ा,सहित विभिन्न राजनैतिक दलों के प्रतिनिधियों में ,नेशनल पीपल्स पार्टी से कृष्ण उरांव एवं अंजुम साहू, इंडियन नेशनल कांग्रेस से मो.फिरोज आलम एवं राम निवास प्रसाद,आर.जे.डी. से रवींद्र बड़ाइक, जेएमएम से रंजीत सरदार के अलावा जिला निर्वाचन विभाग से शशिकांत भारती, प्रमोद कुमार,अरविंद कुमार राय सहित अन्य संबंधित कर्मी उपस्थित रहें।
