जिला मण्डल कारा गुमला में लगा जेल अदालत सह जागरूकता कार्यक्रम ।

गुमला – गुमला जिला मण्डल कारा में झालसा के आदेशानुसार तथा जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश सह अध्यक्ष जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकार गुमला ध्रुव चंद्र मिश्र के निर्देश पर आज , मंडल कारा गुमला में , जेल अदालत सह जागरूकता कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया ‌। जिसमें स्थाई लोक अदालत के सदस्य शंभू सिंह ने मंडल कारा के बंदियों से कहा कि अगर वह किसी प्रकार अपना वकील नहीं रख पा रहे हैं तो पीएलबी के द्वारा डीएलएसए को तुरंत सूचित करें ताकि उसे तुरंत पैनल वकील उपलब्ध कराया जा सके।

उन्होंने कहा की कानून संबंधी जितना भी सहायता आप लोगों को दी जानी है , वह सहायता विधिक सेवा प्राधिकार के द्वारा उपलब्ध कराया जाएगा , उन्होंने कहा कि कोई भी बंदी यदि किन्ही का जमानत मंजूर हो गया है , और वह किसी कारण बस कारा से नहीं निकल पा रहा हो तो , भी कानूनी सहायता प्राप्त होगा ,विधिक सेवा प्राधिकार के द्वारा किया जाएगा। लीगल एड डिफेंस काउंसिल के बुंदेश्वर गोप ने कैदियों के बीच कानून संबंधी काफी जानकारियां उन्हें प्रदान किया उन्होंने कहा की आवश्यकता पड़ने पर लीगल डिफेंस काउंसिल आपका सहायता करने के लिए बनाया गया है आप जब भी जरूरत पड़े हमारी टीम की सहायता ले सकते हैं उन्होंने कारा से निकलने के बाद लोगों को अच्छा व्यक्ति बनने की सलाह दी।

आज के जेल अदालत में स्थाई लोक अदालत के सदस्य शंभू सिंह ,एलडीसी के बुंदेश्वर गोप , इंदु पांडे ,जितेंद्र सिंह ,डीएलएसए के कर्मचारी प्रकाश पांडे तथा मंडल कारा के कर्मचारी गण तथा बंदीगण उपस्थित थे।
