नो हेलमेट नो शराब , नो हेलमेट नो लाइफ

गुमला – गुमला उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी के निर्देशानुसार आज दिनांक 13-08-2024 को मोटर यान निरीक्षक रोबिन अजय सिंह एवं प्रदीप कुमार तिर्की एवं सड़क सुरक्षा के द्वारा गुमला जिले के सभी शराब दुकानों पर प्रशासन सख्ती से बिना हेलमेट के चलने वालों पर अंकुश लगाने के हर एक उपाय पर जोर दे रहा है l मोटर यान निरीक्षक एवं सड़क सुरक्षा के द्वारा आज सभी ने गुमला जशपुर रोड में लक्स्मन नगर , पालकोट रोड, पटेल चौक ,चेतर रोड एवं गुमला –सिसई रोड में सभी शराब दुकानों पर निरिक्षण किया गया जाँच के दौरान सभी शराब दुकानों पर नो हेलमेट नो शराब पोस्टर नहीं लगा हुआ था एवं सीसीटीवी कैमरा नहीं पाया गया |
जहाँ शराब दुकान में आये जितने भी लोग बिना हेलमेट के दिखे उनपर भी चालान कर दिया जायेगा और साथ ही शराब देने से भी मना कर दिया जायेगा l सख्ती से शराब दुकान को भी निर्देश दिया की बिना हेलमेट वालों को शराब देना बंद कर दें या प्रशासनिक कार्यवाई के लिए तैयार रहें l सभी शराब दुकानों पर भी बिना हेलमेट के शराब देने पर कार्यवाई करने का निर्देश प्राप्त है l यत्र तत्र गाड़ी लगा कर रास्ते को अवरुद्ध करने वालों पर भी चालान किया जायेगा l
ज्ञात हो की गुमला जिले के विभिन्न शराब दुकानों पर नो हेलमेट नो शराब का सूचक बोर्ड एवं सीसीटीवी कैमरा लगवा देने का निर्देश दिया गया और यह अभियान पहले से ही चलाया जा रहा है अब जुर्माना लगाकर इस बाबत कार्यवाई की जाएगी l
कोई देख नहीं रहा यह सोच कर शराब लेने वालों पर भी सीसीटीवी के माध्यम से चालान पहुंचेगा l सड़क सुरक्षा की टीम के द्वारा भी बतलाया गया की बिना हेलमेट के परिचालन ही सबसे ज्यादा दुर्घटना के आकड़ों में वृद्धि कराता है , वहां पर आये लोगों को भी खतरे से आगाह किया और यातायात के नियमों के बारे में भी जानकारी दी l सड़क सुरक्षा, यातायात नियम, हेलमेट / सीटबेल्ट का उपयोग, इमरजेंसी सेवाए, साइनेज, ट्रैफिक लाइट, हैंड साइन, इमरजेंसी सेवा, तथा अन्य संबंधित तथ्यों के संबंध में जानकारी दी गई। कार्यक्रम के दौरान जिले के सड़क सुरक्षा प्रबंधक के द्वारा जानकारी दी गई कि प्रति वर्ष देश में तथा राज्य में हजारों की संख्या में सड़क दुर्घटनाएं हो रही हैं जिससे काफी लोगों की मृत्यु हो जाती है इन सब को देखते हुए हम सब की नैतिक जिम्मेदारी है कि सड़क दुर्घटना के नियंत्रण हेतु सड़क सुरक्षा से संबंधित नियमों का पालन करें तथा अपने घर परिवार के सदस्यो, मित्रों को यातायात नियमों के प्रति जागरूक करें । यातायात नियमों का पालन सभी के लिए महत्वपूर्ण है क्योंकि सड़क दुर्घटनाएं किसी व्यक्ति विशेष कि नहीं होती सड़क दुर्घटना किसी के साथ भी हो सकती है जिसके कारण परिवार को बहुत बड़ी क्षति पहुंचती है l

उक्त जांच सह जागरूकता कार्यक्रम के दौरान मुख्य रूप से मोटर यान निरीक्षक रोबिन अजय सिंह एवं प्रदीप कुमार तिर्की एवं सड़क सुरक्षा के आईटी सहायक मंटू रवानी शामिल थे |
