भारतीय जनता पार्टी,गुमला जिला के नेतृत्व में विभाजन विभीषिका स्मृति दिवस मनाया गया ।

गुमला – 1947 में देश को बंटवारे के साथ आजादी देने की घोषणा हुई लेकिन भारत विभाजन के साथ ही हर तरफ दंगे शुरू हो गए अंग्रेजों ने भारत छोड़ा पर फूट डालो और राज करो की नीति अपनाई और दो समुदायों को आपस में लड़ा दिया, जिसके कारण इस क्रूर त्रासदी में करीब 10 लाख निर्दोष बच्चों महिलाओं और पुरुषों का नरसंहार हुआ।
भारत विभाजन के समय हुआ या नरसंहार दुनिया की सबसे बड़ी नरसंहारों में से एक है।
इसको याद करते हुए भाजपा गुमला जिला ने विभाजन विभीषिका समृति दिवस विचार गोष्ठी मना कर नरसंहारों में मारे गए लाखों निर्देश लोगों को याद कर श्रद्धांजलि दी संवेदना प्रकट किया।

आनंदमई भवन बिरसा मुंडा पार्क में मुख्य रूप से प्रदेश के सह मीडिया प्रभारी योगेंद्र प्रताप सिंह ने भारत के विभाजन की दास्तान को बताया,किस तरह मज़हब के नाम से देश को बाटकर निर्दोष लोगों को नरसंहार करवाया गया। करोड़ भारतीय शरणार्थी हो गए।
प्रधानमंत्री मोदी जी द्वाराव2014 से विभाजन विभीषिका स्मृति दिवस मनाने की परंपरा राष्ट्र निर्माण की ओर उठाया गया मजबूत कदम है।
उन्होंने कहा अतीत को याद करते हुए आज राष्ट्र प्रथम के भाव के साथ मिलकर काम करते हुए देश को आगे ले जाना है ।
देश से अंग्रेज तो चले गए लेकिन देश को बांटने वाले अभी भी देश में हर जगह टुकड़े गैंग में भरे पड़े हैं उससे देश को निजात दिलाना है ।
इस मौके पर जिला अध्यक्ष शिवप्रसाद साहू, पूर्व विधायक शिव शंकर उरांव, कमलेश उरांव, जिला महामंत्री यशवंत सिंह राम अवतार भगत, सुरेश सिंह, निर्मल गोयल,अरविन्द मिश्रा, सुशील गोस्वामी, अवधेश प्रताप शाहदेव, हरिहर कुमार, सनोज वर्मा, महावीर यादव ,संतोष सिंह, गुड्डी नंदा उपस्थित थे।
