अपनी ही चाची को हसुआ से दिनदहाड़े निर्ममता पूर्वक उक्त हत्याकांड को अंजाम देने वाले भतीजे को आजीवन कारावास की सजा सुनाई

गुमला – गुमला व्यवहार न्यायालय के , ए. डी .जे. वन ( प्रथम ) प्रेम शंकर की अदालत ने गुमला सदर थाना निवासी मनियां देवी ( पति- बन्धन उरांव ) के अपने भतीजे ने अपनी ही चाची के हत्यारे , रंथु उरांव को एडीजे प्रेम शंकर की अदालत ने न्यायालय में प्रस्तुत साक्ष्यों , गवाहों के व्यानों और दोनों पक्षों के अधिवक्ताओं के दलीलें सुनने के बाद उक्त हत्यारे रंथु उरांव को दोषी करार देते हुए धारा भादवि 302/34 के अंतर्गत आजीवन कारावास और दस हजार रूपया जुर्माना की सजा सुनाई हैं, साथ ही साथ उक्त जुर्माना की राशि नहीं देने पर , 6 (छह) माह की अतिरिक्त कठोर कारावास की सजा अभियुक्त रंथु उरांव को भुगतना होगा ।

ज्ञातव्य हैं की मृतिका मनियां देवी के पति बन्धन उरांव ने उक्त हत्या से संबंधित प्राथमिकी गुमला सदर थाना में दर्ज कराते हुए बताया था , की हम दोनों पति-पत्नी अपने नये घर का साफ-सफाई कर रहे थे इसी क्रम में दिन के लगभग 12.50 बजे मेरी पत्नी अपने पुराने घर से गैस सिलेंडर लाने जा रही थी इसी क्रम में भूमि विवाद को लेकर और रास्ते में घात लगाकर बैठे भतीजे रंथु उरांव ने दवली ( हसुआ ) से गर्दन रेतकर दिनदहाड़े हत्या कर फरार हो गया हैं, इसी प्राथमिकी के आधार पर आज उक्त हत्यारे भतीजे को आजीवन कारावास की सजा सुनाई गई है।
