डिग्री कॉलेज बरही में वृक्षारोपण कार्यक्रम संपन्न, पर्यावरण संरक्षण पर जोर

हजारीबाग: चंदवारा स्थित डिग्री कॉलेज बरही में वृक्षारोपण कार्यक्रम के पखवाड़े के तीसरे दिन विशेष आयोजन हुआ। इस कार्यक्रम में मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में चंदवारा पश्चिम के मुखिया श्री संतोष कुमार कुशवाहा, वार्ड 2 के सदस्य बबलू रजक, वार्ड 6 के सदस्य पीयूष पांडे और चंदवारा के गणमान्य नागरिक उपस्थित थे। नवनिर्मित कॉलेज परिसर में नव-नामांकित छात्र-छात्राओं ने इस कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया।

पर्यावरण संरक्षण और सामाजिक जागरूकता पर बल देते हुए प्राचार्य डॉ. जयप्रकाश आनंद ने अतिथियों और प्रतिभागियों का स्वागत किया। उन्होंने जानकारी दी कि आईडीएफसी फर्स्ट भारत प्राइवेट लिमिटेड के सहयोग से 500 पौधों के रोपण का लक्ष्य रखा गया है। उन्होंने कहा, “वृक्षारोपण न केवल प्रदूषण को कम करता है, बल्कि हरे-भरे परिसर में पक्षियों का कलरव विद्यार्थियों के लिए सुखद एहसास और यादगार क्षण के रूप में याद रहता है।”

साथ ही, प्राचार्य ने बताया कि चांसलर पोर्टल द्वारा नामांकन की द्वितीय फेज में रजिस्ट्रेशन के लिए दस दिनों के लिए पोर्टल फिर से खोला गया है। जिन छात्रों का रजिस्ट्रेशन नहीं हो पाया है, वे 27 अगस्त तक मेरिट सूची देखकर 28 अगस्त से वेरिफिकेशन कर अपना नामांकन करवा सकते हैं।

इस कार्यक्रम में छात्र-छात्राओं के साथ उनके अभिभावक महेश राणा, कॉलेज के गार्ड कृष्णा, सुनील, इकरामुल समेत कई अन्य लोग भी शामिल रहे।
