विनोबा भावे विश्वविद्यालय के भूगोल विभाग में “भारतीय संघवाद की प्रकृति: इसकी सफलता एवं असफलता” पर संगोष्ठी आयोजित

हजारीबाग: विनोबा भावे विश्वविद्यालय के भूगोल विभाग में “भारतीय संघवाद की प्रकृति: इसकी सफलता एवं असफलता” विषय पर संगोष्ठी का आयोजन किया गया। कार्यक्रम की अध्यक्षता विभागाध्यक्ष डॉ. सरोज कुमार सिंह ने की। इस संगोष्ठी के मुख्य वक्ता डॉ. सुकल्याण मोइत्रा, राजनीति विज्ञान विभागाध्यक्ष, और विशिष्ट अतिथि डॉ. विनोद रंजन, मानवविज्ञान विभागाध्यक्ष, रहे।

डॉ. मोइत्रा ने अपने वक्तव्य में भारत जैसे विविधता-पूर्ण देश में संघवाद की आवश्यकता पर बल देते हुए व्यक्तिगत सुरक्षा और सभी के लिए समग्र सुरक्षा पर चर्चा की। उन्होंने पंचायती राज व्यवस्था की सफलता को शक्ति के विकेंद्रीकरण का उदाहरण बताया। उन्होंने संघवाद के विभिन्न आयामों जैसे केंद्र-राज्य संबंध, सहकारी संघवाद और प्रतिस्पर्धी संघवाद पर भी प्रकाश डाला।

कार्यक्रम की अध्यक्षता करते हुए डॉ. सिंह ने संघवाद की प्रकृति पर चर्चा करते हुए, भारत की सामाजिक और सांस्कृतिक विविधता को बेहतर सुशासन के लिए संघवाद की आवश्यकता बताया। वहीं, डॉ. रंजन ने केंद्र-राज्य संबंधों के समकालीन उदाहरणों जैसे मणिपुर हिंसा और अनुच्छेद 370 पर अपनी व्याख्या प्रस्तुत की।

संगोष्ठी में भूगोल विभाग के समसत्र 2 के विद्यार्थियों ने विषय पर कई प्रश्न पूछे जिनका उत्तर मुख्य वक्ता ने विस्तार से दिया। अंत में, शोधार्थी सौरभ कुमार ने धन्यवाद ज्ञापन किया। इस संगोष्ठी में कई शिक्षक, शोधार्थी और सैकड़ों विद्यार्थी उपस्थित रहे।
