जंगली भालू के हमले में महिला गंभीर रूप से घायल, अस्पताल में चल रहा इलाज

गुमला – गुमला जिले के भरनो प्रखंड के मारासिली पंचायत अंतर्गत महुंगांव में सोमवार शाम 4 बजे एक जंगली भालू के हमले में 45 वर्षीय चरिया उरांव गंभीर रूप से घायल हो गईं। चरिया उरांव, जो रामेश्वर उरांव की पत्नी हैं, अपने घर से कुछ दूरी पर स्थित सरना के पास बारी में लकड़ी लेने गई थीं, तभी एक जंगली भालू झाड़ियों से निकलकर उन पर अचानक हमला कर बैठा।

महिला की चीख-पुकार सुनकर पास में मवेशी चरा रहे युवकों ने तुरंत मौके पर पहुंचकर भालू को भगाया और घायल महिला को तुरंत अस्पताल पहुंचाया। फिलहाल अस्पताल में उनका इलाज चल रहा है।

स्थानीय सूत्रों के अनुसार, पास के खरतांगा गांव के पहाड़ों पर बड़ी संख्या में भालू रहते हैं, जो अक्सर ग्रामीणों पर हमला करते रहते हैं। ग्रामीणों ने प्रशासन से जंगली जानवरों के बढ़ते हमलों से निपटने के लिए तत्काल कदम उठाने की मांग की है।
