सुप्रियो ने चुुनाव आयोग को पत्र लिखा,कहा-विधानसभा चुनाव दिसंबर में कराया जाए,ताकि राज्य सरकार को अपना कार्यकाल पूरा करने का मौका मिले

रांची : पांचवें विधानसभा के लिए 23 दिसम्बर 2019 को सम्पन्न हुआ और 29 दिसम्बर 2019 को मौजूदा सरकार का गठन किया गया था। इस लिहाज से चुनाव की सारी प्रक्रिया दिसम्बर के पहले हफ्ते से शुरू हो तो, मौजूदा राज्य सरकार को अपना कार्यकाल पूरा करने का मौका मिलेगा। झामुमो के महासचिव सह प्रवक्ता सुप्रियो भट्टाचार्य ने चुनाव आयोग को इस संबंध में पत्र लिखा है. पत्र में कहा गया है कि झारखंड विधानसभा में कुल 81 विधानसभा क्षेत्र हैं। भौगोलिक रूप से हमारा राज्य क्षेत्र कई दुर्गम पहाड़ों एवं जंगलों से आच्छादित है। पूर्व में हमारे राज्य के अनेक क्षेत्रों में अतिवामपंथी चरमपंथी संगठन कार्यरत रहे हैं। लेकिन हमारी पार्टी के नेतृत्व वाली सरकार के जन-सरोकार एवं नैसर्गिक सामाजिक न्याय के कारण अतिवामपंथ की समस्याएं अब लगभग निर्मूल हो गई हैं। फिर भी इस तथ्य का ख्याल रखा जाना चाहिये।

राजनतिक दलों को सुरक्षित जोन उपलब्ध कराना चुनाव आयोग का दायित्व

श्री भट्टाचार्य ने कहा कि इससे सभी राजनीतिक दलों को एक समान राजनीतिक प्रचार-प्रसार करने का अवसर मिलेगा. हमारे प्रतिद्वन्दी राजनतिक दलों को सुरक्षित जोन उपलब्ध करवाने से हमारे मुख्य स्टार प्रचारकों को आसानी होगी. कई चरणों में होनेवाले चुनाव में कई क्षेत्रों में राजनीतिक दलों के स्टार प्रचारकों द्वारा चुनावी जनसभा आयोजित की जाती रही है। अपने चुनावी संभाषणों में मतदाताओं के बीच भ्रम की परिस्थितियों का निर्माण किया जाता है, जिससे मतदान भी प्रभावित होता है और मतदाता भी सामाजिक-धार्मिक स्तर पर विभाजित हो जाते हैं। ये अत्यन्त चिन्ताजनक परिस्थितियां पैदा करती हैं. जिससे स्वस्थ लोकतांत्रिक प्रक्रिया को कठोर आघात पहुंचाता है। ऐसी परिस्थिति भविष्य में न उत्पन्न हो, इसकी विवेचना कर इस पर रोक लगाने हेतु ठोस दिशा-निर्देश सभी राजनीतिक दलों को प्रेषित की जाये.

अति आवश्यक होने पर ही केन्द्रीय अर्द्धसैनिक बलों की प्रतिनियुक्ति की जाये

उन्होंने चुनाव आयोग से कहा कि हमारे राज्य में उच्च प्रशिक्षित झारखंड जगुआर, झारखंड सशस्त्र पुलिस (जैप) तथा उच्च प्रशिक्षित जिला सशस्त्र पुलिस बल पर्याप्त संख्या में उपलब्ध हैं। अतः अति आवश्यक होने पर ही केन्द्रीय अर्द्धसैनिक बलों की प्रतिनियुक्ति की जाये ताकि गांव-देहात में भय और आतंक के वातावरण का निर्माण न हो सके एवं सौहार्दपूर्ण वातावरण में अधिकाधिक मतदान सम्पन्न हो सके। पत्र में कहा है कि राजनीतिक और चुनाव प्रचार अभियान में किसी भी प्रकार का धर्म-जाति विशेष का नाम लेकर सम्भाषण न हो, यह सुनिश्चित करना भी आपका दायित्व है। विगत अगस्त माह से ही भारतीय जनता पार्टी के कई केन्द्रीय स्तर के नेताओं द्वारा हमारे राज्य में धर्म-जाति के नाम पर चुनावी भाषाएं बोली जा रही हैं, जिससे समाज में धार्मिक-सांस्कृतिक विभाजन की स्थित उत्पन्न हो गई है। यह सुनिश्चित करना आपका दायित्व है कि साम्प्रदायिक ध्रुविकरण न हो पाए एवं सर्वसमाज अपनी जनाकांक्षा एवं जनहित को देखते हुए स्वतंत्र एवं भयमुक्त मतदान कर सके तथा साम्प्रदायिक स‌द्भाव भी कायम रहे। चुनाव आयोग से इन सभी तथ्यों पर गहनतापूर्ण विचार के बाद ही चुनावी तिथि एवं कार्यक्रम की घोषणा का आग्रह किया गया है.
