साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस: शिकायतों का त्वरित समाधान, कई मामलों का मौके पर निपटारा

गुमला – गुमला में आज उप विकास आयुक्त दिलेश्वर महत्तो की अध्यक्षता में साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का आयोजन किया गया। इस अवसर पर जिले के शहरी और ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों से आए नागरिकों ने अपनी समस्याओं को उप विकास आयुक्त के समक्ष प्रस्तुत किया। उप विकास आयुक्त ने सभी शिकायतों को क्रमवार सुना और आश्वासन दिया कि जल्द से जल्द उनकी समस्याओं की जांच कर समाधान किया जाएगा। कई शिकायतों का मौके पर ही निपटारा कर दिया गया।

शिकायतों की सुनवाई और त्वरित कार्रवाई

गम्हरिया गांव के निवासी अशोक राम ने शिकायत की कि उनकी खतियानी जमीन पर अबुआ आवास योजना के तहत अवैध रूप से आवास निर्माण किया जा रहा है। उन्होंने बताया कि अंचल अधिकारी को पहले से इस मामले की जानकारी दी गई थी, लेकिन इसके बावजूद निर्माण कार्य जारी है। इस पर उप विकास आयुक्त ने संबंधित अंचल अधिकारी को निर्देश दिया कि वे पुनः जांच कर आवश्यक कार्रवाई करें।

कामडारा की निवासी झालो देवी ने अपने आवेदन में बताया कि उनके पति स्व. खीरा लोहरा की मजदूरी करते समय मृत्यु हो गई, जिससे उनके परिवार की स्थिति बहुत खराब हो गई है। उन्होंने सरकार की कल्याणकारी योजनाओं के तहत उनके परिवार को सहायता देने की मांग की, जिस पर उप विकास आयुक्त ने त्वरित सहायता का आश्वासन दिया।

अन्य शिकायतें और समाधान

डिंबरटोली, गुमला की मनीषा मोनिका ने अपनी पारिवारिक स्थिति का जिक्र करते हुए कहा कि उनके पिता की मृत्यु हो चुकी है और उनकी मां भी बीमार रहती हैं। मनीषा अपनी नौकरी से कमाई कर अपने छोटे भाई की देखभाल कर रही हैं, लेकिन सीमित आय के कारण उन्हें कठिनाइयों का सामना करना पड़ रहा है। उन्होंने अपनी स्थिति के मद्देनजर सहायता की अपील की। इस पर उप विकास आयुक्त ने उनकी स्थिति का संज्ञान लिया और सहायता के लिए आवश्यक निर्देश दिए।

तपकारा पंचायत के पिठरटोली गांव के निवासियों ने अपने गांव में पहुंच पथ निर्माण और पेयजल व्यवस्था की मांग की। उप विकास आयुक्त ने इस संबंध में जिला योजना पदाधिकारी और पीएचईडी विभाग को आवश्यक कार्रवाई के निर्देश दिए।

शिकायतों का विस्तृत समाधान

जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस के दौरान मुख्य रूप से भूमि विवाद, मुआवजा भुगतान, आवास योजनाएं, राशन, पेंशन आदि से संबंधित कई आवेदन प्राप्त हुए। उप विकास आयुक्त ने इन सभी शिकायतों को संबंधित विभागों के अधिकारियों को अग्रसारित कर जल्द से जल्द निष्पादन के निर्देश दिए।

इस आयोजन का उद्देश्य जिले के नागरिकों की समस्याओं को सुनकर उन्हें त्वरित राहत प्रदान करना और प्रशासनिक स्तर पर न्याय सुनिश्चित करना था।
