गुमला उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी ने चैनपुर प्रखंड के छीछवानी पंचायत स्थित लेरंबा ग्राम का किया दौरा, ग्रामीणों के बीच जन संवाद का आयोजन कर उनकी समस्याओं को जाना।

ग्रामीणों के प्रत्येक समस्याओं के निवारण हेतु संबंधित अधिकारियों को दिए आवश्यक दिशा निर्देश

गुमला : – उपायुक कर्ण सत्यार्थी के क्षेत्र भ्रमण के क्रम में उन्होंने जिले के चैनपुर प्रखंड स्थित छिछवानी पंचायत अंतर्गत लोरंबा गांव का भ्रमण किया। मौके पर उपायुक्त ने उत्क्रमित मध्य विद्यालय लोरंबा में उक्त ग्राम के ग्रामीणों के बीच जनसंवाद का आयोजन किया एवं ग्रामीणों की समस्याओं को सुना। ग्रामीणों ने उनके क्षेत्र अंतर्गत बिजली,पानी एवं जर्जर सड़क मार्ग को दुरुस्त करने हेतु विशेष रूप से उपायुक्त का ध्यान केंद्रित किया। ग्रामीणों ने उनके ग्राम अंतर्गत सिंचाई की व्यवस्था को दुरुस्त करने को कहा उन्होंने कहा कि उक्त ग्राम अंतर्गत शिल्पीनाला में ग्रामीणों द्वारा कनाल बनाया गया है, जो वर्तमान में जर्जर अवस्था में हैं ग्रामीणों ने सिंचाई के उद्देश्य से उक्त कनाल के निर्माण करने की मांग की। इस दौरान उपायुक्त द्वारा सड़क निर्माण संबंधित जानकारी देते हुए बताया गया कि छीछवानी पंचायत अंतर्गत सड़क निर्माण हेतु स्वीकृति प्राप्त हो चुकी है सड़क संबंधित समस्या जल्द ही समाप्त होगी, सड़क निर्माण का कार्य जल्द ही प्रारंभ होगा, जिसे सुन कर ग्रामीणों ने उत्साह प्रकट किया।

उपायुक्त ने सिंचाई व्यवस्था को बेहतर करने एवं नए कनाल निर्माण हेतु माइनर इरीगेशन विभाग के कार्यपालक अभियंता को आवश्यक जांच उपरांत प्राक्कलन तैयार करने का निर्देश दिया। वहीं विद्युत आपूर्ति की व्यवस्था को दुरुस्त करने हेतु बिजली विभाग को आवश्यक निर्देश दिए एवं पीएचईडी विभाग को जल मीनार से संबंधित समस्याओं को दुरुस्त करते हुए उक्त ग्राम अंतर्गत पेयजल की व्यवस्था को दुरुस्त करने की बात कही।

उपायुक्त ने इसके अलावा ग्रामीणों से सरकार की कल्याण कारी योजनाओं का लाभ मिल रहा है या नहीं के संबंध में भी जानकारी ली। मुख्य रूप से राशन, पेंशन,आवास योजना, एवं अन्य महत्वपूर्ण योजनाओं से शत प्रतिशत ग्रामीणों को अच्छादित करने हेतु संबंधित प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी को निर्देश दिया गया। इस दौरान उपायुक्त ने ग्रामीणों को सरकार की महत्वपूर्ण योजनाओं के संबंध में भी जानकारी दी, इसके साथ ही उन्होंने ग्रामीणों के रोजगार की स्थिति की भी जानकारी ली एवं आवश्यक सहयोग करने की बात कही। इसके अलावा ग्रामीणों द्वारा उपायुक्त को कई आवेदन समर्पित किए गए , उपायुक्त ने कहा की प्रत्येक आवेदनों पर आवश्यक कार्रवाई किए जाएंगे।साथ ही उपायुक्त ने संबंधित प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी को निर्देश दिया कि ग्रामीणों को सरकार की सभी कल्याण कारी योजनाओं का लाभ दें एवं सभी को योजनाओं से अच्छादित करने हेतु सहयोग करें।।

इस दौरान मौके पर एसडीओ चैनपुर, चैनपुर प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी, अंचल अधिकारी, संबंधित विभाकों के कार्यपालक अभियंता, सहायक अभियंता सहित अन्य संबंधित पदाधिकारी एवं कर्मी मौजूद रहें।
