गुमला के ग्रामीणों ने पक्की सड़क निर्माण की मांग पर सर्वसम्मति से प्रस्ताव पारित किया, वोट बहिष्कार की चेतावनी

गुमला जिले के रघुनाथपुर और कोटेंगसेरा गांवों के ग्रामीणों ने एक महत्वपूर्ण बैठक का आयोजन कर पक्की सड़क निर्माण की मांग उठाई। ग्रामीणों ने सर्वसम्मति से निर्णय लिया कि यदि उनकी मांग पूरी नहीं होती, तो वे आगामी विधानसभा चुनावों में वोट बहिष्कार करेंगे। इस बैठक का आयोजन करम अखाड़ा में किया गया, जिसमें गांव के बुजुर्गों, महिलाओं, और युवाओं ने भाग लिया और सड़क की खस्ता हालत पर गंभीर चिंता व्यक्त की।

सड़क की खराब स्थिति और ग्रामीणों की दिक्कतें

रघुनाथपुर से कोटेंगसेरा तक की सड़क की लंबाई लगभग 3 किलोमीटर है, जो गांवों को मुरकुंडा मुख्य पथ से जोड़ती है। यह सड़क ग्रामीणों के जीवन का एक अहम हिस्सा है, क्योंकि इसी रास्ते से ग्रामीण अपनी सब्जियां बाजार तक पहुंचाते हैं, बच्चे स्कूल जाते हैं, और बीमार व गर्भवती महिलाओं को अस्पताल ले जाया जाता है। लेकिन सड़क की जर्जर स्थिति ने ग्रामीणों के लिए आवागमन को बेहद कठिन बना दिया है।

सड़क पर बड़े-बड़े पत्थर और गड्ढे हैं, जिससे साइकिल, मोटरसाइकिल और पैदल चलने वालों को काफी परेशानी होती है। गांव के बुजुर्गों ने बताया कि कई बार बॉर्डर से निकले पत्थरों के कारण लोग रास्ते में ही गिर जाते हैं। इससे न केवल शारीरिक चोटें आती हैं, बल्कि किसानों को अपनी फसल बाजार तक पहुंचाने में भी देरी होती है, जिससे उनकी आजीविका प्रभावित होती है।

चुनावों में वोट बहिष्कार की चेतावनी

बैठक में उपस्थित ग्रामीणों ने एक स्वर में निर्णय लिया कि यदि उनकी मांग पूरी नहीं की गई, तो वे आगामी विधानसभा चुनावों में वोट नहीं देंगे। उन्होंने साफ कर दिया कि गांव में 100 से 150 घरों के लगभग 800 से 1000 वोटर हैं, जो इस सड़क पर निर्भर हैं। यह रास्ता केवल स्थानीय लोगों के लिए ही नहीं, बल्कि आसपास के गांवों के लिए भी मुख्य मार्ग है। ग्रामीणों ने मांग की कि जो भी उम्मीदवार चुनाव में खड़ा होगा, उसे लिखित रूप में वादा करना होगा कि वह इस सड़क का निर्माण कराएगा, तभी उसे वोट मिलेगा।

साथ ही, ग्रामीणों ने नव निर्वाचित सांसद और विधायक को भी इस मुद्दे पर ध्यान देने के लिए आवेदन सौंपने की योजना बनाई है। ग्रामीणों ने चेतावनी दी कि यदि उनकी मांग पर ध्यान नहीं दिया गया, तो वे उग्र आंदोलन और घेराबंदी करने को मजबूर होंगे।

सड़क निर्माण में देरी: आदिवासी गांवों की उपेक्षा

बैठक में इस बात पर गहरा आक्रोश था कि आदिवासी बहुल गांवों की ओर से अब तक कोई ठोस कदम नहीं उठाया गया है। रघुनाथपुर और कोटेंगसेरा जैसे गांव लोहरदगा लोकसभा क्षेत्र और बिशनपुर विधानसभा क्षेत्र के अंतर्गत आते हैं, जहां आदिवासी समुदायों की बड़ी आबादी रहती है। ग्रामीणों का मानना है कि आदिवासी नेता भी उनकी बुनियादी समस्याओं को नजरअंदाज कर रहे हैं।

ग्रामीणों ने कहा कि आदिवासी गांवों की उपेक्षा से उनकी स्थिति और भी दयनीय होती जा रही है। उनके अनुसार, सड़क न होने से उन्हें हर तरह की मुश्किलों का सामना करना पड़ता है, चाहे वह रोजमर्रा का आवागमन हो, खेती-किसानी हो या शिक्षा और स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं।

महिलाओं की महत्वपूर्ण भागीदारी

इस ग्राम सभा में सैकड़ों महिलाएं भी उपस्थित थीं, जिन्होंने इस मुद्दे पर अपनी आवाज़ बुलंद की। महिलाओं ने कहा कि उन्हें रोजाना इस कठिन सड़क पर चलकर अपनी बुनियादी जरूरतों को पूरा करना पड़ता है। उन्होंने बताया कि विशेष रूप से गर्भवती महिलाएं और बच्चे इस खराब सड़क से अस्पताल पहुंचने में भारी दिक्कतों का सामना कर रहे हैं। इसके साथ ही, बुजुर्गों और बच्चों के लिए भी यह रास्ता बेहद खतरनाक साबित हो रहा है।

ग्राम सभा की बैठक और सर्वसम्मति से पारित प्रस्ताव

बैठक की अध्यक्षता गांव के प्रमुख लोगों, जैसे कि पाहन प्रभु पाहन, बिरसा उरांव, और अजय उरांव ने की। ग्राम सभा में उपस्थित लोगों ने सर्वसम्मति से प्रस्ताव पारित किया कि वे तब तक अपनी आवाज़ बुलंद करते रहेंगे, जब तक कि उनकी मांग पूरी नहीं हो जाती। उन्होंने कहा कि यह सड़क उनके जीवन का अभिन्न हिस्सा है और इसका पक्कीकरण उनकी सबसे बड़ी आवश्यकता है।

ग्रामीणों ने यह भी मांग की कि उनके गांव की सड़क को पक्की सड़क में बदलने के लिए सरकार और स्थानीय प्रशासन तत्काल कदम उठाए। उन्होंने कहा कि सड़क निर्माण के लिए बार-बार आवेदन दिए गए हैं, लेकिन अब तक कोई ठोस कार्रवाई नहीं की गई है।

आगे की रणनीति: उग्र आंदोलन की संभावना

बैठक के अंत में, ग्रामीणों ने यह निर्णय लिया कि यदि सरकार और स्थानीय प्रशासन उनकी मांगों को गंभीरता से नहीं लेता, तो वे वोट बहिष्कार के साथ-साथ उग्र आंदोलन करने को तैयार हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि अब वक्त आ गया है कि सरकार आदिवासी गांवों की ओर ध्यान दे और उनकी बुनियादी समस्याओं का समाधान करे।

ग्रामीणों ने यह भी कहा कि वे केवल लिखित वादा ही स्वीकार करेंगे और इसे चुनाव से पहले पूरा करने की मांग करेंगे। यदि यह नहीं हुआ, तो वे चुनावी बहिष्कार की ओर बढ़ेंगे और इसके लिए व्यापक स्तर पर समर्थन जुटाएंगे।

गुमला जिले के रघुनाथपुर और कोटेंगसेरा गांवों के लोग पक्की सड़क के लिए संघर्ष कर रहे हैं। सड़क की जर्जर स्थिति ने ग्रामीणों के जीवन को कठिन बना दिया है। इस बैठक के जरिए ग्रामीणों ने सरकार और स्थानीय नेताओं को अपनी मांगों को पूरा करने के लिए एक मजबूत संदेश दिया है। यदि उनकी मांगों पर ध्यान नहीं दिया जाता है, तो वे न केवल वोट बहिष्कार करेंगे, बल्कि उग्र आंदोलन भी करेंगे।
