सुख और दुःख, हमारे जीवन के दो पहिये हैं, दोनों की धुरी पर ही जीवन की गाड़ी चलती है। जीवन में जितना सुख आता है उतना ही दुःख भी आता है। फिर भी हम सुख का स्वागत तो खुले दिल से करते हैं लेकिन दुःख का नहीं….। जबकि हम भी जानते हैं कि जीवन में अगर सुख है तो दुःख भी आएँगे ही। इसलिए परिस्थिति चाहे जैसी भी हो हमारी एक ही विचारधारा होनी चाहिए कि सब बढ़िया है……!
हम सब जानते हैं कि दुनिया में ऐसा कोई व्यक्ति नहीं है जो यह कह सके कि उसने जीवन में कभी दुःख नहीं देखा। हाँ, इस बात का रोना रोने वाले जरुर मिल जाएँगे कि जीवन में दुःख ही दुःख है, आप उन्हें अपना एक दुःख बताने जाएँगे तो वो आपको अपने चार दुःख और सुना देंगे। लेकिन आप ही विचार कीजिये क्या अपने दुखों का रोना रोने से भला उसका कोई समाधान निकलता है….?
मेरे विचार से तो नहीं….., कहते हैं दुःख को जितना महसूस किया जाए यह उतना ही ज्यादा बड़ा लगता है। याद है बचपन में हमें छोटी सी चोट लग जाती थी तो हम पूरा घर सर पर उठा लेते थे, आज बड़े-बड़े दुखों को भी चुपचाप अकेले ही सह जाते हैं। इसलिए ही दुःख को आप जितना महसूस करेंगे यह उतना ही बड़ा लगने लगेगा। लेकिन मन में सकारात्मक विचारधारा रखेंगे तो बड़े-बड़े दुखों और संकटों से आसानी से उबर जाएँगे।
ऊपर से आज का जमाना भी ऐसा नहीं है कि हर किसी को अपना दुःख बताया जाए। क्योंकि आपके दुःख में सच में आपके साथ खड़े होने वाले लोग कम ही मिलेंगे। यह मैं नहीं बल्कि सैकड़ों वर्ष पहले महान कवि रहीम कह गये हैं। रहीम अपने एक दोहे में कहते हैं, “रहीमन निज मन की ब्यथा मनही राखो गोय, सुन अठिलैहें लोग सब बाँट न लैहे कोय”। जिसका हिंदी में अर्थ है कि अपने मन की व्यथा मन में ही रखना चाहिए, क्योंकि आपकी व्यथा सुनकर लोग मजे ही लेंगे उन्हें आपके साथ बांटेगा कोई नहीं।

इसलिए सुखी जीवन जीने के लिए अपने दुखों को हमेशा छोटा और सुखों को बड़ा रखें। यकीन मानिए यह एक छोटी सी आदत अपने व्यवहार में शामिल करने से आपके जीवन की आधी परेशानियाँ तो अपने-आप ही ख़त्म हो जाएंगी। मनोविज्ञान भी यही कहता है कि जब व्यक्ति किसी क्षणिक दुःख को भी लगातार सोचता रहता है तो उसका दिमाग शिथिल होने लगता है और वह अपने दैनिक जीवन की उझानों को भी सुलझा नहीं पाता। इस तरह वह परेशानियों के जाल में फंसता चला जाता है, जबकि छोटी-छोटी खुशियों में खुश रहने वाला व्यक्ति अपने बड़े-बड़े दुखों और परेशानियों को भी बड़ी कुशलता और शांति के साथ हल कर लेता है।

आध्यात्म की विचारधारा के अनुसार जीवन में वही होता है जो हम मान रहे होते हैं। अगर हम मन से यह मान लेंगे कि जीवन में दुःख ही दुःख है तो हम और दुखों को आकर्षित करेंगे। वहीं अगर मन में विश्वास रखें कि अच्छा समय है और जो छोटे-मोटे दुःख हैं ये भी बीत ही जाएँगे तो जीवन सुखी लगने लगेगा और आप और सुखों को आकर्षित करेंगे। इसलिए सुख हो या दुःख हमेशा सकारात्मक रहें और जब कोई आपसे आपका हाल पूछे, तो एक मुस्कान और सकारात्मकता के साथ कहें कि और सब बढ़िया……..
