विधानसभा चुनाव 2024: मतगणना दिवस के लिए गुमला का विशेष ट्रैफिक प्लान

गुमला – विधानसभा चुनाव 2024 के तहत 23 नवंबर को गुमला जिले के चंदाली स्थित पॉलिटेक्निक कॉलेज में मतगणना प्रक्रिया आयोजित की जाएगी। इस दौरान मतगणना स्थल और उसके आसपास यातायात को सुचारू और सुरक्षित बनाए रखने के लिए विशेष ट्रैफिक प्लान लागू किया गया है।

प्रशासन ने आम नागरिकों और वाहन चालकों से अपील की है कि वे इस योजना का पालन करें और प्रशासन के साथ सहयोग करें। यह योजना नागरिकों की सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करने और मतगणना प्रक्रिया को शांतिपूर्ण बनाने के लिए तैयार की गई है।

मतगणना स्थल पर यातायात नियंत्रण की व्यवस्था

1. बैरीगेटिंग की व्यवस्था
मतगणना स्थल के आसपास वाहनों की आवाजाही को नियंत्रित करने के लिए बैरीगेटिंग की जाएगी।

• चंदाली चौक के पास: वाहनों की अनावश्यक आवाजाही रोकने के लिए बैरीगेट्स लगाए जाएंगे।
• घाघरा की ओर से आने वाले वाहनों के लिए: मतगणना स्थल से करीब 100 मीटर पहले, ग्राम आसनी जाने वाले रास्ते के पास बैरीगेटिंग की जाएगी।

2. ड्रॉप गेट का स्थान
वाहनों को नियंत्रित करने के लिए प्रशासन ने विभिन्न स्थानों पर ड्रॉप गेट की व्यवस्था की है:

• घाघरा की ओर से आने वाले भारी वाहन:
  • टोटो बैंक के पास
  • खटवा नदी पुल के पास
• गुमला शहरी क्षेत्र से घाघरा की ओर जाने वाले वाहन:
  • DAV स्कूल मोड़ के पास
  • पुग्गू बाईपास के पास: यहां से मतगणना केंद्र की ओर आने वाले वाहनों को रोका जाएगा।
  • सीलम बाईपास रोड के पास: मतगणना स्थल की ओर जाने वाले वाहनों को रोकने के लिए यह व्यवस्था की गई है।
  • उर्मी चौक (बाईपास रोड): मतगणना स्थल की ओर आने वाले वाहनों की आवाजाही यहीं नियंत्रित की जाएगी।

सार्वजनिक अपील: नागरिकों और वाहन चालकों से सहयोग की उम्मीद

प्रशासन ने सभी नागरिकों और वाहन चालकों से विशेष सहयोग की अपील की है:

1. अनावश्यक यात्रा से बचें:
   मतगणना स्थल के आसपास यातायात को अनावश्यक रूप से बाधित न करें। यह प्रक्रिया को सुचारू बनाए रखने में मदद करेगा।
2. यातायात नियमों का पालन करें:
   ट्रैफिक पुलिस और लगाए गए साइन बोर्ड्स के निर्देशों का पालन करें।
3. वैकल्पिक मार्ग का उपयोग करें:
   जिन लोगों को अत्यावश्यक कार्य के लिए यात्रा करनी है, वे प्रशासन द्वारा सुझाए गए वैकल्पिक मार्गों का उपयोग करें।

प्रशासन की तैयारी: न्यूनतम असुविधा की गारंटी

1. मतगणना स्थल पर सख्त निगरानी
मतगणना केंद्र के आसपास तीन स्तरीय सुरक्षा व्यवस्था की गई है। सभी वाहनों और व्यक्तियों की पहचान और सत्यापन के बाद ही प्रवेश की अनुमति होगी।

2. ट्रैफिक पुलिस की तैनाती
ट्रैफिक पुलिस की कई टीमों को विभिन्न स्थानों पर तैनात किया गया है। इससे यातायात को सुचारू और व्यवस्थित बनाए रखने में मदद मिलेगी।

3. नागरिकों के लिए सूचना तंत्र
प्रशासन ने ट्रैफिक प्लान और प्रतिबंधित मार्गों की जानकारी सार्वजनिक कर दी है ताकि नागरिकों को कोई असुविधा न हो।
